The aim of the project is to increase the employability of people from 30 years of age who are unemployed in Bielsko County. The main result of the project will be the taking up of employment/self-employment by at least 50 people, registered in the PUP, who will complete the participation in the project. Employment performance indicators are set at a percentage level for each group of participants and listed in project-specific result indicators. The project will support people from 30 years of age who are unemployed and registered as unemployed persons at the Poviat Labour Office. For each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant concerned. On this basis, the PUP will implement appropriately selected, selected services and labour market instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions, excluding public works, i.e.: traineeships, grants, intervention work and reimbursement of equipment or refurbishment of a job for the targeted unemployed person. Before taking part in active forms, each participant will be covered by professional guidance and the unemployed will be assigned to traineeships, equipped workstations and intervention work in addition to work. The project will be implemented in accordance with the principles set out in the Guidelines for the implementation of projects involving the European Social Fund in the area of the labour market for the period 2014-2020. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie zdolności do zatrudnienia osób od 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie bielskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia/samozatrudnnienia przez co najmniej 50 osób, zarejestrowanych w PUP, które zakończą udział w projekcie. Wskaźniki efektywności zatrudnieniowej są określone na poziomie procentowym w odniesieniu do poszczególnych grup uczestników i wymienione we wskaźnikach rezultatu specyficznych dla projektu. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby od 30 roku życia pozostające bez pracy, zarejestrowane w powiatowym urzędzie pracy jako osoby bezrobotne. Dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane, wybrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy, z wyłączeniem robót publicznych, tj.: staże, dotacje, prace interwencyjne i refundacja wyposażenia lub doposażenia stanowiska pracy dla skierowanego bezrobotnego. Przed rozpoczęciem udziału w aktywnych formach każdy z uczestników będzie objęty poradnictwem zawodowym, a osoby bezrobotne kierowane na staże, wyposażone stanowiska pracy i prace interwencyjne dodatkowo pośrednictwem pracy. Projekt będzie realizowany zgodnie z zasadami określonymi w Wytycznych w zakresie realizacji przedsięwzięć z udziałem środków Europejskiego Funduszu Społecznego w obszarze rynku pracy na lata 2014-2020.
