Celem projektu jest zwiększenie zdolności do zatrudnienia osób od 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie zambrowskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez 29 osób zarejestrowanych w PUP w Zambrowie. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby od 30 roku życia pozostające bez pracy, zarejestrowane w powiatowym urzędzie pracy zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II (tzw. wymagający wsparcia) należące co najmniej do jednej z następujących grup: osoby powyżej 50 roku życia, kobiety, osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach. W ramach projektu dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy, z wyłączeniem robót publicznych. The aim of the project is to increase the employability of people from 30 years of age who are unemployed in Zambrów County. The main result of the project will be the employment of 29 people registered at the PUP in Zambrow. The project will support persons from 30 years of age who are unemployed and registered at the Poviat Labour Office qualified to the aid profile I (so-called active unemployed) or the aid profile II (so-called requiring support) belonging to at least one of the following groups: persons over 50 years of age, women, persons with disabilities, long-term unemployed, low-skilled people. As part of the project for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will precede the analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the PUP will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions, excluding public works.
