The subject of the project is the implementation of the results of R & D works carried out by the Applicant in cooperation with the research and research unit, which is the Institute of Innovation and Technology, Białystok University of Technology Sp. z o.o.. The results of the works, as an invention, were submitted to the Polish Patent Office. This project aims at launching the production of this country-wide innovative torch. In order for this to be possible, it is necessary to purchase two equipment (laser and press brake), which, in combination with the assets currently held by the Applicant, will enable the production of the above product to start. The purchased equipment will be modern (offered on the market no longer than 2 years). The project will implement eco-innovations in the field of product (eco-innovation of burner), production process (reducing raw materials consumption and air filtration), organisation (training of employees) and marketing (product card to promote the new torch in electronic version). A detailed description of the eco-innovation can be found in the Business Plan under "B.9. Environmental impact analysis and eco-innovation”. The implementation of the investment will allow the following indicators to be achieved: the product: — Number of enterprises supported by the implementation of R & D results – 1 units. — Number of enterprises supported for the introduction of new products for the market – 1 units. — Number of eco-innovation-supported enterprises – 1 units (b) of the result: — Job growth in supported enterprises O/K/M – 3 FTE – Number of product innovations introduced – 1 units c) specific to the project: — Number of patent applications made – 1 pieces. — Outlays on new fixed assets underpinning innovation – PLN 1 659 071.47.     Przedmiotem projektu jest wdrożenie do produkcji wyników prac B+R przeprowadzonych przez Wnioskodawcę we wespółpracy z jednostką naukowo-badawczą, jaką jest Instytut Innowacji i Technologii Politechniki Białostockiej Sp. z o.o. W wyniku przeprowadzonych prac zaprojektowany został palnik do kotłów c.o. wykorzystujący źródło energii odnawialnej - biomasę, zapewniający wysoką jakość spalania. Efekty prac, jako wynalazek zostały zgłoszone do Urzędu Patentowego RP. Niniejszy projekt ma na celu uruchomienie produkcji tego innowacyjnego w skali kraju palnika. Aby było to możliwe, niezbędny jest zakup dwóch urządzeń (lasera oraz prasy krawędziowej), które w połączeniu z obecnie posiadanymi przez Wnioskodawcę aktywami, umożliwią rozpoczęcie produkcji ww. produktu. Zakupiony sprzęt będzie nowoczesny (oferowany na rynku nie dłużej niż 2 lata). W ramach projektu wdrożone zostaną ekoinnowacje w zakresie produktu (ekoinnowacyjność palnika), procesu produkcyjnego (ograniczenie zużycia surowców oraz filtracja powietrza), organizacji (szkolenie pracowników) oraz marketingu (karta produktowa do promocji nowego palnika w wersji elektronicznej). Szczegółowy opis ekoinnowacji znajduje się w Biznes Planie w punkcie "B.9. Analiza oddziaływania na środowisko i ekoinnowacyjność". Realizacja inwestycji pozwoli na osiągnięcie następujących wskaźników: a) produktu: - Liczba przedsiębiorstw wspartych w zakresie wdrożenia wyników prac B+R - 1 szt. - Liczba przedsiębiorstw objętych wsparciem w celu wprowadzenia produktów nowych dla rynku - 1 szt. - Liczba przedsiębiorstw wspartych w zakresie ekoinnowacji - 1 szt. b) rezultatu: - Wzrost zatrudnienia we wspieranych przedsiębiorstwach O/K/M - 3 EPC - Liczba wprowadzonych innowacji produktowych - 1 szt. c) specyficznych dla projektu: - Liczba dokonanych zgłoszeń patentowych - 1 szt. - Nakłady na nowe środki trwałe będące podstawą innowacji - 1 659 071,47 zł.
