It will cover 210 children by 18 and at least 170 of their legal parents.Families having difficulties in fulfilling caring functions. As part of the project. 210 children will go through a diagnosis of needs and, based on the Individual Development Plan, will receive support in the form of childcare activities, i.e. assistance in learning, fun, sport and care, as well as developing passions and interests, including excursions and departures. 210 UP will also receive support in specialised form, including permanent access to psychological counseling. Additionally, PWD will include parents who will be able to complete their parents’ school, parental coaching, specialist counseling. Realizacja od 01.07. 2019 do 30.06.2022r. PWD będzie działać w formie 2 placówek w Nowym Sączu, o zasięgu całej gminy miejsko wiejskiej. Obejmie 210 dziecimłodzieży do 18 r.ż oraz min. 170 ich rodzicówopiekunów prawnychcz. rodzin mających trudności w wypełnianiu funkcji opiekuńczowychowawczych. Utworzenie 2 placówek zagwarantuje wsparcie jak najbliżej UP, w rodzinnej atmosferze przy równoczesnej optymalizacji kosztów m.in. zintegrowane zarządzanie i wymiana doświadczeń zespołu Celem projektu jest poprawa społecznego i emocjonalnego funkcj. dzieci i młodzieży oraz ich rodzicówopiekunów. W ramach proj. 210 dziecimłodzież przejdzie przez diagnozę potrzeb i w oparciu o Indywidualny Plan Rozwoju otrzyma wsparcie w postaci zajęć w formieopiekuńczej tj. pomoc w nauce, zabawę, sport i opiekę oraz rozwijanie pasji i zainteresowań, w tym wycieczki i wyjścia. 210 UP otrzyma równieżwsparcie w formie specjalistycznej, w tym stały dostęp do doradztwa psychologicznego. Dodatkowo w PWD zostaną włączeni rodzice, którzy będą mogli ukończyćszkołę rodziców, coaching rodzicielski, doradztwo specjalistyczne. PWD będzie funkcjonowała jeszcze przez okres 3 lat po zakończeniu projektu. (Polish)
