The project will support 120 people 50 M and 70 K from the group of people at risk of poverty and social exclusion as referred to in the Social Employment Act and aims at comprehensive support for such persons. The aim of the project is to increase the level of activity of the participants and the ability to obtain and maintain employment of those who are unemployed and to create conditions for the development of occupational activity in the region. Through the tasks planned in the project, beneficiaries will receive comprehensive support in the field of psychological and vocational guidance, as well as opportunities to participate in trainings and workshops in the field of social competences. They will also be able to take advantage of vocational courses and paid traineeships with employers on the open labour market. The project will be implemented in the districts of Olkuskie, Nowy Sądecki and Limanowski province of Małopolska and will support 120 people living in the area for a period of 24 months. In the majority of the project participants will be families and persons benefiting from the assistance of the Social Welfare Centres, since the activities of distributing the various types of benefits of unbalanced social assistance do not lead to the life and professional independence of these people. They result in counterproductive effects among customers, there is a syndrome of learned helplessness and passive and even claimive postures. The project participants will be equipped with the ability to move in today’s world, strengthen their decision-making capacity, ability to deal with stress, solve conflicts and problems, and in justified cases improve their professional competences.Participants will be given opportunities to return to the labour market by participating in organised traineeships.
