Chełmiec. Main tasks: Recruitment of target group (under indirect costs) 1. Creation of a nursery (purchase of fixed assets and necessary equipment to enable the crèche’s duties to be fulfilled, in accordance with the Act of DN. 4 February 2011 on the care of children under the age of 3, ending with an entry in the register of nurseries kept by the municipality; 2. The functioning of the nursery (employment of staff, conducting care and educational activities, in accordance with the standards of quality of care and support for the development of children under the age of 3, developed by the J.A. Komenski Children Development Foundation). Cel projektu: wyrównanie szans w dostępie do zatrudnienia po przerwie związanej z opieką nad dziećmi do lat 3, wśród uczestników/uczestniczek projektu (pozostających bez pracy, przebywających na urlopie macierzyńskim, rodzicielskim lub wychowawczym, zamieszkujących, pracujących lub uczących się na terenie Gminy Chełmiec) poprzez utworzenie i funkcjonowanie 20 miejsc opieki żłobkowej w Biczycach Dolnych w okresie czerwiec 2017 - luty 2019. Grupa docelowa: 20 osób (18 kobiet), powracających/wchodzących na rynek pracy, które obecnie w nim nie uczestniczą ze względu na pełnienie funkcji opiekuńczych nad dziećmi do lat 3 (tj. osoby pozostające bez pracy, przebywające na urlopie macierzyńskim, rodzicielskim, wychowawczym), zamieszkujące w myśl KC, pracujące bądź uczące się na terenie Gm. Chełmiec. Główne zadania: Rekrutacja grupy docelowej (w ramach kosztów pośrednich) 1. Utworzenie żłobka (zakup środków trwałych oraz niezbędnego wyposażenia umożliwiającego pełnie zadań żłobka, zgodnie z ustawą z dn. 4 lutego 2011 r. o opiece nad dziećmi w wieku do lat 3, zakończone uzyskaniem wpisu do rejestru żłobków prowadzonego przez gminę); 2. Funkcjonowanie żłobka (zatrudnienie kadry, prowadzenie zajęć opiekuńczo-wychowawczych i edukacyjnych, zgodnie ze Standardami jakości opieki i wspierania rozwoju dzieci do lat 3, opracowanymi przez Fundację Rozwoju Dzieci im. J.A. Komeńskiego). Główne rezultaty: Liczba utworzonych miejsc opieki nad dziećmi w wieku do lat 3 – 20 szt.; Liczba osób opiekujących się dziećmi w wieku do lat 3 objętych wsparciem w programie – 20 os.; Liczba osób, które powróciły na rynek pracy po przerwie związanej z urodzeniem/wychowaniem dziecka po opuszczeniu programu – 11 os.; Liczba osób pozostających bez pracy, które znalazły pracę lub poszukują pracy po opuszczeniu programu – 6 os.
