The park and station team in Dąbrowa is registered for the restoration of historic monuments of Małopolskie Province under the number A-652/1993 (two) and A-312/1981 (park — name of the district garden). The project relates to the area of strategic intervention of the region “areas with a high potential for cultural heritage”. The scope of the works involves the renovation of the maintenance of the dwore, by adapting to the needs of the Cultural Heritage Centre, phase I, upgrading of the free-standing building for guest rooms, demolition of existing fencing and the construction of new fencing, upgrading and construction of new technical infrastructure, upgrading and construction of new technical infrastructure, small-scale architecture, upgrading of roads and pavements and building of new park paths, revitalisation of the historical park (including felling of trees), demolition of buildings and technical and economic structures on the ground. The scope of the work is to adapt the facilities to the new cultural function resulting from the intended user change. The project is the stage I of the investment as a separate concept for the development and use of historic monuments. Implementation of Phase I will make it possible to achieve the objectives of the project and fully activate the Centre for Intangible Cultural Heritage without the construction of a new facility/building. The project includes: — carrying out conservation, restoration, works and works carried out with 2 immovable heritage (dwt and park), which are registered for the recovery of historic monuments in Małopolskie Province; activities will result in the preservation and consolidation of the substance of monuments, the inhibition of their destruction and the visibility of cultural, artistic and aesthetic values of the monuments, and the adaptation to existing cultural features and the introduction of new cultural functions, the carrying out of works on the non-monumental building (non-acidic costs) — the purchase of equipment and multimedia, office and specialist equipment, including the maintenance of the park and the two, necessary for carrying out the activities.     Zespół Parkowo-Dworski w Dąbrowej jest wpisany do rej. zabytków nieruchomych woj. małopolskiego pod nr A-652/1993 (dwór) i A-312/1981 (park - nazwa hist. ogród dworski). Projekt dotyczy obszaru strategicznej interwencji regionu "obszary o wysokim potencjale zasobów dziedzictwa kulturowego". Zakres robót obejmuje remont konserwatorski dworu z dostosowaniem do potrzeb Ośrodka Dziedzictwa Kultury Niematerialnej - etap I, przebudowę budynku wolnostojącego dla potrzeb pokoi gościnnych, rozbiórkę istniejącego ogrodzenia i budowę nowego ogrodzenia, przebudowę i budowę nowej infrastruktury technicznej, małą architekturę, przebudowę dróg i chodników i budowę nowych ścieżek parkowych, rewitalizację historycznego parku (w tym wycinka drzew), rozbiórka zabudowań i budowli technicznych i gospodarczych na terenie. Zakres prac służy dostosowaniu obiektów do nowej funkcji kulturalnej, wynikającej z planowanej zmiany użytkownika. Projekt stanowi I etap inwestycji jako wydzielona koncepcja zagospodarowania i użytkowania zabytków. Realizacja I etapu umożliwi osiągniecie założeń projektu i pełne uruchomienie działalności Ośrodka Dziedzictwa Kultury Niematerialnej przy braku budowy nowego obiektu/budynku. Projekt obejmuje: - prowadzenie prac konserwatorskich, restauratorskich, prac zabezpieczających przed zniszczeniem oraz robót budowlanych prowadzonych przy 2 zabytkach nieruchomych (dworze oraz parku), wpisanych do rej. zabytków nieruchomych woj. małopolskiego; rezultatem działań będzie zabezpieczenie i utrwalenie substancji zabytków, zahamowanie procesów ich destrukcji oraz wyeksponowanie wartości kulturowych, artystycznych i estetycznych zabytków oraz dostosowywanie do rozwoju istniejących oraz wprowadzenia nowych funkcji kulturalnych - prowadzenie prac przy budynku niezabytkowym (koszty niekwailifikowane) - zakup wyposażenia oraz sprzętu multimedialnego, biurowego oraz specjalistycznego, m.in. służącego konserwacji parku i dworu, niezbędnej do prowadzenia działalności.
