The project involves adapting the infrastructure of the DPS Filia building in Kielce and adapting its premises to the provision of care services for dependent persons, including persons with disabilities, in this case the mentally chronically ill. The building was taken over from the District Hospital in Głubczyce. The building was thoroughly renovated between 2012 and 2013 with a grant awarded by ROPS in Opole. The implementation of the ZOL building in Kielce has been brought into line with the needs of persons with disabilities and has provided the relevant standard required by law. The project involves construction work — assembly and installation related to the heating of the walls, replacement of window and door frames, replacement of platform and door frames, lifts in a run shaft, comprehensive preparation of rooms to learn a daily activity (8 rooms for 23 persons) and therapeutic premises on adapted cooking, installation of heat pumps and photovoltaic systems and the development of an adjacent land, including the conversion of the economic building into a warehouse. The project will produce products: 1. Number of facilities adapted to the needs of persons with disabilities — 1. 2. Number of projects covering costs of reasonable accommodation for disabled persons — 1 3. Number of infrastructure facilities supported in regenerated areas — 1. 4. Buildings adapted as part of the project to provide care services for dependent persons — 1 Parcels No 1805/6 1805/7, 1806/3 on which a project will be carried out are located in the area of a city system included in the register of monuments within its medieval boundaries under No 119/57 of 12.09.1957. the required decisions and permits have been obtained for all planned works.     summary
    Przedmiotowy projekt polega na dostosowaniu infrastruktury budynku DPS Filia w Kietrzu i adaptacji pomieszczeń strychu do świadczenia usług w zakresie opieki nad osobami zależnymi, w tym osobami z niepełnosprawnościami, w tym przypadku przewlekle psychicznie chorymi. Budynek został przejęty od Szpitala Powiatowego w Głubczycach. Budynek w latach 2012-2013 przeszedł gruntowny remont przy dotacji udzielonej przez ROPS w Opolu. Zrealizowane zadanie dostosowało budynek ZOL w Kietrzu do potrzeb osób niepełnosprawnych oraz zapewniło właściwy standard wymagany przepisami prawa. Niniejszy projekt zakłada wykonanie prac budowlano – montażowych i instalacyjnych związanych z dociepleniem ścian, wymianą stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej, wymianą instalacji c.o. i c.w.u., montażem windy w przygotowanym szybie, kompleksowym przygotowaniem pokoi do nauki codziennych czynności (8 pokoi dla 23 osób) i pomieszczeń terapeutycznych na zaadaptowanym poddaszu, montażu pomp ciepła i instalacji fotowoltaicznej oraz zagospodarowaniu przyległego terenu, w tym adaptacja budynku gospodarczego na budynek magazynowy. Dzięki realizacji projektu powstaną produkty: 1. Liczba obiektów dostosowanych do potrzeb osób z niepełnosprawnościami – 1 szt. 2. Liczba projektów, w których sfinansowano koszty racjonalnych usprawnień dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami – 1 szt. 3. Liczba wspartych obiektów infrastruktury zlokalizowanych na rewitalizowanych obszarach – 1 szt. 4. Budynki dostosowane w ramach projektu do świadczenia usług w zakresie opieki nad osobami zależnymi – 1 szt. Teren działek nr 1805/6,1805/7, 1806/3 na których realizowany będzie projekt jest zlokalizowany na obszarze układu urbanistycznego miasta wpisanego do rejestru zabytków w jego średniowiecznych granicach pod nr 119/57 z 12.09.1957 r. Dla wszystkich planowanych prac uzyskano wymagane decyzje i pozwolenia. (Polish)
