The planned scope of actions in the project is based on the Strategy, which will be implemented to the full extent. In order to develop international activities, FARMONA has identified the following target markets: Saudi Arabia, China, the Netherlands, India, Russia, the United States, Vietnam. The following export development tool was indicated for the company: participation in trade fairs focused on foreign markets. The company will participate in international trade fairs. Innovative products with competitive potential that are created in accordance with the principle of universal design will be exported to the target markets. The project presents the optimal ratio of outlays to the planned results, the Company will obtain: 30 new business contacts, 5 signed commercial contracts, entry into the new market: India, sales revenues for export: 1.000.000,00 PLN as a result of the implementation of the project.International expansion consists of: strengthening the Company’s position in the markets: Saudi Arabia, China, Netherlands, Russia, United States, Vietnam; on entry with a product offer to the new market: India; it also results in an organizational change in the company consisting of the division of Cellular Affairs.
