The aim of the project will be to remove a certain amount of products containing asbestos from the municipality of Bochnia in a safe manner for the environment and society.The above task will be possible by removing waste collected on property after 06.05.2004 after the date of entry into force of the Regulation of the Minister of Economy, Labour and Social Policy of 2 April 2004 on the methods and conditions for safe use and disposal of products containing asbestos. No. 71, item. 649 as amended, the dismantling of roof coverings made of elements containing asbestos together with the transport of disassembled covers to a landfill of hazardous waste and the disposal of waste containing asbestos from wild landfills from the municipality of Bochnia.The contractor of the performed service will be selected in the framework of the tender procedure carried out in the framework of the procedure.Working the removal of asbestos, transport and its disposal will be carried out by a company with appropriate permits to perform this type of work. in 2018: 46 Mg from 23 properties in 2019: 42 Mg from 18 properties in 2020: 88 Mg from 32 property loading, transport and disposal of 98,10 Mg asbestos-containing products from 47 premises including: in 2018: 74 Mg from 38 properties in 2019: 13,30 Mg from 5 properties in 2020: 10.80 Mg from 4 propertiesTotal within the project and during its implementation, 274.10 Mg products containing asbestos from 120 properties will be removed from the area of Bochnia. Założeniem projektu będzie usunięcie z terenu gminy Bochnia określonej ilości wyrobów zawierających azbest w sposób bezpieczny dla środowiska i społeczeństwa.Realizacja ww zadania będzie możliwa poprzez usuwanie odpadów zgromadzonych na posesjach po dniu 06.05.2004 po dniu wejścia w życie przepisów rozporządzenia Ministra Gospodarki, Pracy i Polityki Społecznej z dnia 2 kwietnia 2004 r. w sprawie sposobów i warunków bezpiecznego użytkowania i usuwania wyrobów zawierających azbest Dz. U. Nr 71, poz. 649 z późn. zm., demontaż pokryć dachowych wykonanych z elementów zawierających azbest wraz z transportem zdemontowanych pokryć na składowisko odpadów niebezpiecznych oraz usuwanie odpadów zawierających azbest z dzikich wysypisk z terenu gminy Bochnia.Wykonawca realizowanej usługi będzie wybrany w ramach przeprowadzonego postępowania przetargowego.Prace zdjęcia azbestu, transportu i jego unieszkodliwienia będą wykonywane przez firmę posiadającą odpowiednie zezwolenia na wykonywanie tego typu zadań.Zakres rzeczowy projektu obejmuje bezpieczny demontaż, profesjonalny transport i bezpieczną utylizację wyrobów zawierających azbest w wyznaczonych do tego miejscach.Zakres obejmuje dwa typy działań:a demontaż, transport i utylizację wyrobów zawierających azbest w ilości 176 Mg z 73 posesji w tym: w 2018 roku: 46 Mg z 23 posesji w 2019 roku: 42 Mg z 18 posesji w 2020 roku: 88 Mg z 32 posesjib załadunek, transport i utylizację wyrobów zawierających azbest w ilości 98,10 Mg z 47 posesji w tym: w 2018 roku: 74 Mg z 38 posesji w 2019 roku: 13,30 Mg z 5 posesji w 2020 roku: 10,80 Mg z 4 posesjiŁącznie w ramach projektu i w okresie jego realizacji z terenu gminy Bochnia zostanie usunięte 274,10 Mg wyrobów zawierających azbest ze 120 posesji.
