The project aims to automate the process of sorting so-called recycled raw materials by supplementing existing technological lines of the “Barycz” selectively collected waste separation plant into additional separators, including: optoelectronic and/or pneumatic for the pre-exposure of paper, plastics and ferrous and non-ferrous metals together with a line for sorting and cleaning of packaging glass. The project fits into the types of project defined in the Shoop for projects implemented under the ITI: “B. construction, extension, reconstruction of installations for recovery, recycling and reuse and purchase of new vehicle rolling stock for the collection of municipal waste” The project includes: • development of a technological project to modernise the process of waste segregation, • delivery and assembly of technological equipment planned as part of the modernisation with support structures and platforms, • contract engineer services, • information and promotional activities. The project concerns the extension of the sorting plant consisting of the delivery and assembly of equipment used to automate the sorting process. The project is included in the category of eligible expenditure specified in the Manual of Qualification of the expenditure covered by the Regional Operational Programme of the Małopolska Region for the years 2014-2020 – specific expenditure for measure 5.2.1. ZIT as: “Expenditure related to the construction/expansion/modernisation of sorting lines for selectively collected waste” The best practice technology will be used, using energy-saving technological solutions, optimal cost-effective. The Project’s material scope meets the needs defined in p. C.1. The proposal, i.e. will increase recovery levels in the existing sorting plant, which, together with the parallel development of selective collection, will achieve the required levels of recovery of secondary raw materials. Projekt zakłada zautomatyzowanie procesu wysortowywania tzw. surowców wtórnych przeznaczonych do recyklingu poprzez uzupełnienie istniejących ciągów technologicznych Zakładu segregacji odpadów zbieranych selektywnie „Barycz” w dodatkowe separatory, w tym między innymi: optoelektroniczne i/lub pneumatyczne do wstępnego wydzielania papieru, tworzyw sztucznych oraz metali żelaznych i nieżelaznych wraz z ciągiem do sortowania i doczyszczania szkła opakowaniowego. Projekt wpisuje się w typy projektu określone w SzOOP dla projektów realizowanych w ramach ZIT: „B. budowa, rozbudowa, przebudowa instalacji do odzysku, recyklingu i ponownego użycia oraz zakup nowego taboru samochodowego służącego do odbioru odpadów komunalnych” Projekt obejmuje: • opracowanie projektu technologicznego modernizacji procesu segregacji odpadów, • dostawę i montaż wyposażenia technologicznego przewidzianego w ramach modernizacji wraz z konstrukcjami wsporczymi i podestami, • usługi inżyniera kontraktu, • działania informacyjno- promocyjne. ZIT jako: „wydatki związane z budową/rozbudową/modernizacją linii sortowniczych do doczyszczania odpadów selektywnie zebranych” Zastosowana zostanie technologia zgodna z najlepszą praktyką, wykorzystująca energooszczędne rozwiązania technologiczne, optymalna kosztowo. Zakres rzeczowy Projektu odpowiada na potrzeby zdefiniowane w p. C.1. Wniosku, tj. pozwoli zwiększyć poziom odzysku na istniejącej sortowni, co wraz z równolegle prowadzonymi działaniami w zakresie rozwoju selektywnej zbiórki, pozwoli osiągnąć wymagane prawem poziomy odzysku surowców wtórnych.
