Currently used by the Beneficiary Information Systems properly perform tasks in the areas of their use in the scope of supporting work activities of the Beneficiary employees. However, taking into account the possibilities: the ability to exchange data and electronic documents between applications; integration of data and data sources collected in different applications; the ability to provide data for public electronic services to provide electronic public services to beneficiaries; the possibility of aggregating data and generating reports and compilations for decision-making (Management Systems) – they create a closed working environment, impeding internal communication, exchange of collected data and documents. Current IT solutions also prevent external communication with applicants. In addition, interested parties are unable to access many important information and services, although the required data are collected in the IT systems used in the office. Based on the IT audit carried out, the analysis of problems and needs, and the available IT solutions, the following actions are planned under this project: 1. System for Counting and Accounting of Municipal Taxes (Rolny, Forest, From Real Estate from Natural and Legal Persons, From Transport Measures, Local Charges) about a module for exchanging information and data with other users and systems, and about the Internet payment module, together with the purchase of basic and necessary equipment for handling and implementation of the abovementioned system i.e. computer kits with MS OFFICE software. In addition, thematic training will be carried out to enable the system to be implemented efficiently and to develop skills and skills. 2. Integration of Heritage Systems with the functionality of handling electronic writings and documents together with purchase of basic and necessary equipment to handle and implement the abovementioned system i.e. sets (English)

    Obecnie użytkowane przez Beneficjenta Systemy Informatyczne prawidłowo realizują zadania w obszarach ich wykorzystania w zakresie wspomagania czynności pracy pracowników Beneficjenta. Jednakże biorąc pod uwagę możliwości: zdolność do wymiany danych i dokumentów elektronicznych pomiędzy aplikacjami;integrację danych i źródeł danych gromadzonych w różnych aplikacjach; zdolność do udostępniania danych na potrzeby publicznych usług elektronicznych udostępnianie elektronicznych usług publicznych dla petentów Beneficjenta; możliwość agregacji danych oraz generowania raportów i zestawień na potrzeby podejmowania decyzji (Systemy Zarządzania)- tworzą one zamknięte środowisko pracy, utrudniające komunikację wewnętrzną, wymianę zgromadzonych danych i dokumentów. Obecne rozwiązania informatyczne uniemożliwiają także komunikację zewnętrzną z petentami. Ponadto Interesanci nie mają możliwości dostępu do wielu ważnych informacji oraz usług, mimo ze wymagane dane są gromadzone w Systemach Informatycznych używanych w urzędzie. Na podstawie przeprowadzonego audytu informatycznego, analizy problemów i potrzeb, oraz dostępnych rozwiązań informatycznych, planowane jest w ramach niniejszego projektu podjęcie następujących działań: 1. System do Naliczeń i Księgowości Podatków Gminnych ( Rolny, Leśny, Od Nieruchomości od osób fizycznych i prawnych, Od Środków Transportowych, Opłat Lokalnych) o moduł wymiany informacji i danych z innymi użytkownikami i systemami oraz o moduł płatności internetowych, wraz z zakupem podstawowego i niezbędnego sprzętu do obsługi i wdrożenia w/w systemu tj. zestawów komputerowych z oprogramowaniem MS OFFICE. Dodatkowo przewidziano przeprowadzenie szkoleń tematycznych które umożliwią sprawne wdrożenie systemu oraz będą służyć rozwijaniu kompetencji i umiejętności kadr. 2. Integracja Systemów Dziedzinowych o funkcjonalność obsługi pism i dokumentów elektronicznych wraz z zakupem podstawowego i niezbędnego sprzętu do obsługi i wdrożenia w/w systemu tj. zestawów (Polish)
