The main objective of the project is to develop e-government public e-services and increase access for citizens (A2C) and entrepreneurs (A2B) to digital public services. The project will have a positive impact on strengthening the potential of E-Government by increasing access for citizens and businesses to public resources and services through the implementation of an IT system offering a range of electronic public services. As a result of the project, it will be possible to use public sector information and resources and public e-services in an open manner and thus free of charge, from anywhere, including using mobile devices. As a result of the project, duplicating functionalities will be eliminated and technological neutrality and data security will be ensured. The scope of the project includes: 1.Preparation of application documentation 2.Telecommunications infrastructure 3. Hardware infrastructure 4.Purchase of e-Office system licenses 5.Security policy 6.Training of users and administrators 7.Promotion of the project 8.Investor supervision – Project Engineer A detailed description of the activities is provided in item C.2.3. and technical documentation. The project has local coverage. The following services will be made available under this project: Services for 5 items. (5 pieces) a)Electronic handling of property tax, agricultural, forestry natural persons. • Form submission by ePUAP; •Publication of information on the Public Services Online Portal (PIUP) of the amount of the obligation; •Internet payments •Information of taxpayers by ePUAP, SMS, e-mail, mobile application The services are individuals b)Electronic service of property tax, agricultural, forestry legal persons: •Publication of the declaration form by ePUAP •Publication of information in PIUP about the amount of the obligation •Internet payments •Information of taxpayer by ePUAP, SMS, e-mail, mobile application The service recipients are legal persons (including entrepreneur (English)

    Głównym celem projektu jest rozwój elektronicznych usług publicznych w zakresie e-administracji oraz zwiększenie dostępu obywateli (A2C) oraz przedsiębiorców (A2B) do cyfrowych usług publicznych. Projekt pozytywnie wpłynie na wzmocnienie potencjału E-administracji poprzez zwiększenia dostępu obywateli i przedsiębiorców do zasobów i usług publicznych poprzez wdrożenie systemu informatycznego oferującego szereg elektronicznych usług publicznych. W wyniku realizacji projektu możliwe będzie korzystanie z informacji i zasobów sektora publicznego oraz e-usług publicznych w sposób otwarty, a wiec nieodpłatnie, z dowolnego miejsca, także przy wykorzystaniu urządzeń mobilnych. W wyniku realizacji projektu eliminowane będą powielające się funkcjonalności oraz zapewniona zostanie neutralność technologiczna i bezpieczeństwo danych. Zakres projektu obejmuje: 1.Przygotowanie dokumentacji aplikacyjnej 2.Infrastruktura teletechniczna 3.Infrastruktura sprzętowa 4.Zakup licencji systemu e-Urząd 5.Polityka bezpieczeństwa 6.Szkolenia użytkowników i administratorów 7.Promocja projektu 8.Nadzór inwestorski - Inżynier projektu Szczegółowy opis działań zawarto w punkcie C.2.3. oraz dokumantacji technicznej.
