The aim of this project is to replace old sources of central heating and hot water for new boilers with specified parameters, together with the co-financing of works related to the need to prepare specific installations. The applicant assumes that 199 heat-source heating appliances will be modernised. The main cost categories of this project will be: costs related to the exchange of 199 units of heat sources; carry out actions to raise the public’s awareness of improving energy efficiency and reducing low emissions. The main recipients of this project will be residents of the municipality of Szczawnica, as well as tourists and curators staying on its premises. Due to the scale of the project, the project will be implemented in several stages:1. Procedure for applying for funds together with the signature of the grant agreement.2. Organisation of the project. As part of this part, the rules for participation in the project will be prepared specifying the criteria, the need to participate in the energy evaluation, the selection procedure, the documents necessary for joining the project and other conditions for participation. In addition, this phase includes a campaign in which the applicant informs about the possibility of obtaining funding under this project. In the organizational phase there will also be a call for notifications, verification of criteria and energy assessment of buildings. The organisation also includes activities involving the execution of works, i.e. the replacement of boilers, installations, etc. together with their documentation and activities related to the collection of the above works. Niniejszy projekt ma na celu działania polegające na wymianie starych źródeł c.o. i c.w.u. na nowe kotły o określonych parametrach wraz z dofinansowaniem prac związanych z koniecznością przygotowania określonych instalacji. Wnioskodawca zakłada, że modernizacji poddanych zostanie 199 urządzeń grzewczych będących źródłem ciepła. Główne kategorie kosztów niniejszego projektu stanowić będą: koszty związane z wymianą 199 szt. źródeł ciepła; przeprowadzenie działań podnoszących świadomość ekologiczną społeczeństwa w zakresie poprawy efektywności energetycznej oraz obniżenia niskiej emisji. Głównymi odbiorcami niniejszego projektu będą mieszkańcy gminy Szczawnica a także turyści oraz kuracjusze przebywający na jej terenie. Ze względu na skalę przedsięwzięcia, projekt będzie realizowany w kilku etapach:1. Procedura aplikowania o środki wraz z podpisaniem umowy o dofinansowanie.2. Organizacja projektu. W ramach tej części przygotowany zostanie regulamin udziału w projekcie określający kryteria, konieczność uczestnictwa w ocenie energetycznej, procedury naboru do projektu, dokumenty niezbędne do przystąpienia do projektu i inne warunki uczestnictwa. Ponadto faza ta obejmuje prowadzenie kampanii, w której Wnioskodawca poinformuje o możliwości uzyskania dofinansowania w ramach niniejszego projektu. W fazie organizacyjnej prowadzony będzie również nabór zgłoszeń, weryfikacja kryteriów oraz ocena energetyczna budynków. Faza organizacji obejmuje również działania polegające na wykonaniu prac tj. wymiana kotłów, instalacji itp. wraz z ich udokumentowaniem i działaniami dot. odbiorów ww prac. W fazie tej będą prowadzone również wizyty monitorujące, które będą weryfikować czy odbiorcy użytkują dofinansowane urządzenia zgodnie z wymogami dofinansowania.Zadania: 1. opracowanie analizy finansowej i ekonomicznej projektu2. wymiana źródeł ciepła wraz z instalacjami3. podnoszenie świadomości ekologicznej wśród społeczności lokalnej4. koszty ryczałtowe promocja i zarządzanie (Polish)
