The implementation of this project will achieve the following indicators: estimated annual decrease in greenhouse gas emissions475.95 tonnes CO2-equivalent, CO2 reductions: 42,15 a before: 1129,26 tonnes of CO2rokb equivalent after: 653,30 tonnes CO2year equivalent, reduction of PM 2,5 emissions: 92,23 a before: 1,74 Mgrok,b after: 0,13 MG. reduction of PM 10 emissions: 96,56 a before: 4,13 Mgrok,b after: 0.14 MGrok.The applicant does not have and does not plan to prepare a cover programme for persons who bear the increased heating costs of the premises related to the permanent change of the heating system in the area covered by the project. The project will not be implemented in the spa towns. The project is not implemented in the commune classified as areas in which corrective action is necessary, consisting of the liquidation of old, low-efficiency heating equipment and specified in the existing POP for the Lesser Poland Voivodeship, which is annexed to resolution No. XLII66213 of the Sejm of the Małopolska Voivodship dated 30.09.2013.The project is indicated in the PGN for the municipality of Alwernia, which identifies the main problem situation in the commune. It includes activities that are described in the PGN as a long-term elimination of low-efficiency solid fuel equipment.In the area covered by the project, the connection to the heating network is not planned during the programme period, i.e. until 2023. organisation of 9 training courses for residents of the Municipality on the subject of: boilers of Eco Design standards, low emissions, environmental behaviour, savings of nat., sustainable development, improvement of effect. and energ. Organisation of the competition on topics: e.g. reducing low emissions for primary school pupils from the municipality area with awards: grants in kind 10 pieces, as well as organising an event promoting the application of good practice in the commune. Realizacja niniejszego projektu pozwoli osiągnąć następujące wskaźniki: szacowany roczny spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych475,95 ton równoważnika CO2rok, redukcji emisji CO2: 42,15 a przed: 1129,26 ton równoważnika CO2rokb po: 653,30 ton równoważnika CO2rok, redukcja emisji pyłu PM 2,5: 92,23 a przed: 1,74 Mgrok,b po: 0,13 MGrok. redukcja emisji pyłu PM 10: 96,56 a przed: 4,13 Mgrok,b po: 0,14 MGrok.Wnioskodawca nie posiada oraz nie planuje przygotowania programu osłonowego dla osób, które ponoszą zwiększone koszty grzewcze lokalu związane z trwałą zmianą systemu ogrzewania na terenie objętym proj. Proj. nie będzie realizowany na terenie miejscowości uzdrowiskowych. Projekt nie jest realizowany na terenie Gminy zaklasyfikowanej do obszarów, na których konieczne jest podjęcie działań naprawczych polegających na likwidacji starych, niskosprawnych urządzeń grzewczych i wyszczególnionych w obowiązującym POP dla woj. małopolskiego stanowiącym załącznik nr 1 do uchwały Nr XLII66213 Sejmiku Województwa Małopolskiego z dnia 30.09.2013 r.Projekt jest wskazany w PGN dla Gminy Alwernia, identyfikuje sytuację problemową na terenie Gminy, w tym wysokie zaniecz., węgiel jako główne paliwo. Obejmuje działania, które w PGN są opisane jako długookresowe do podjęcia eliminacja niskosprawnych urządzeń na paliwa stałe .Na obszarze objętym proj. podłączenie do sieci ciepłowniczej nie jest planowane w okresie realizacji programu, czyli do 2023 r.W ramach proj. zaplanowano działania na rzecz podnoszenia świad. ekolog: organizacja 9 szkoleń dla mieszkańców Gminy o tematyce: kotły normy Eco Design, niska emisja, zachowania proekologiczne, oszczędność zas. nat., zrównoważony rozwój, poprawa efekt.i energ. Organizacja konkursu dot. tematyki:np. zmniejszanie niskiej emisji dla uczniów szkół podstawowych z terenu Gminy z nagrodami: granty niepieniężne 10 szt., a także zorganizowanie wydarzenia promującego stosowanie dobrych praktyk w Gminie.
