The aim of the project is to increase the employability of people aged 30 and more who are unemployed in Nowy Sącz City. The main result of the project will be employment or self-employment by project participants belonging to the following groups: over 50 years of age, long-term unemployed, people with disabilities, low-skilled people, women at least 45.The project will support people aged 30 years and more qualified to the aid profile I so-called active unemployed or aid profile II so-called “requiring support”. For each project participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant concerned. On this basis, the Court’s Labour Office will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób w wieku 30 lat i więcej pozostających bez pracy w Mieście Nowym Sączu. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia lub samozatrudnienia przez uczestników projektu należących do następujących grup: os. powyżej 50 r.ż., os. długotrwale bezrobotne, os. z niepełnosprawnościami, os. o niskich kwalifikacjach, kobiety na poziomie co najmniej 45.W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby w wieku 30 lat i więcej zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I tzw. bezrobotni aktywni lub profilu pomocy II tzw. wymagający wsparcia. Dla każdego z uczestników projektu przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie Sądecki Urząd Pracy realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)
