The aim of the project is to improve traffic conditions in the area of the impact of the investment, increase the communication coherence of the Kraków Functional Area, increase mobility and economic activity of residents and increase road safety by calming traffic and improving the safety of participants, especially pedestrians through the connection of Mogilany commune with the TENT network. New road surface, including pavement, drainage of roads, intersections of technical equipment, reconstruction and construction of street lighting, reconstruction of junctions and exits. The investment was designed in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Transport and Maritime Economy of 2 March 1999 on the technical conditions to be met by public roads and their location. Celem projektu jest poprawienie warunków ruchu w rejonie oddziaływania inwestycji, zwiększenie spójności komunikacyjnej południa Krakowskiego Obszaru Funkcjonalnego, zwiększenie mobilności i aktywności gospodarczej mieszkańców oraz zwiększenie bezpieczeństwa ruchu drogowego poprzez uspokojenie ruchu i rozwiązania poprawiające bezpieczeństwo uczestników, w szczególności pieszych poprzez połączenie Gminy Mogilany z siecią TENT.Projekt zakłada przebudowę drogi powiatowej. Nowa nawierzchnia drogi, wraz z chodnikiem, wykonanie odwodnieni drogi, przekładka kolidującego uzbrojenia technicznego, przebudowa i budowa oświetlenia ulicznego, przebudowa skrzyżowań i zjazdów. Inwestycja zaprojektowana została zgodnie z Rozporządzaniem Ministra Transportu i Gospodarki Morskiej z dnia 2 marca 1999r. w sprawie warunków technicznych, jakim powinny odpowiadać drogi publiczne i ich usytuowanie. Dziennik Ustaw nr 43 z dnia 14 maja 1999 r. poz. 430 wraz z późniejszymi zmianami Dz. U. 43 oraz z Rozporządzeniem Ministra Infrastruktury w sprawie szczegółowych warunków technicznych dla znaków i sygnałów drogowych oraz urządzeń bezpieczeństwa ruchu drogowego i warunków umieszczania ich na drogach, Dziennik Ustaw nr 220 z dnia 3 lipca 2003 r. poz. 2181 wraz z późniejszymi zmianami DZ. U. 220. W ramach bezpieczeństwa w ruchu kołowym urządzenia dla ruchu kołowego zaprojektowano: oznakowanie poziome oznakowania cienkowarstwowe, przejścia dla pieszych oznakowane typu zebra, oznakowania osiowe jezdni; oznakowanie pionowe typowe pionowe znaki ostrzegawcze, znaki na słupkach stalowych o zmiennej średnicy wg normy PNEN 128991:2010; przystanki autobusowe jedna zatoka autobusowa przy natężeniu ruchu poniżej Q 400 Ph; przekrój poprzeczny zastosowanie skarp o typowym pochyleniu 1:1,5; bariery zastosowanie barier ochronnych; przejścia drogowe przez miejscowości z elementami uspokojenia ruchu przekrój drogi 1x2 jedna jezdnia dwa pasy. ciąg dalszy w pkt.
