The project responds to the identified needs and problems faced by vocational school students in the field of shooting districts. The project involves the students of the Technical University of the Centre for Vocational Training and Training in Opole, the Principal Vocational School of the Centre for Vocational Training and Training at the Centre for Vocational Training and Training at the Centre for Vocational Training and Vocational Training at the Centre for Vocational Training and Vocational Training at the School Complex at the School Complex and the Basic School for Vocational Education at the School Complex and the Basic School for Vocational Education in the Group and the Basic School of Vocational Education. A key project is how to best prepare students to enter the labour market. Schools take part in a number of meetings and conferences with the employers of various sectors, in order to better understand the expectations of employers in relation to potential future workers and, as far as possible, to adapt the offer of schools to the fast-changing labour market. Once the diagnosis has been made, its validation by the investigating authority and the analysis of its results are clarified, which skills and entitlements are currently in deficit in the labour market. The analysis carried out is covered by the breakdown of deficit occupations listed in Annex 16 to the contest, Employers shall pay particular attention to the need to narrow specialisation and to have the right to acquire only an out-of-school path. The solutions proposed in the draft are perfectly complementary with the shortages of industry for Strzelski District by preparing a graduate in employment on the local labour market. In addition, the project also provides for the organisation of traineeships and traineeships for future graduates in order to gain experience, which can contribute in the future to facilitating the transition to the labour market.     Projekt odpowiada na zdiagnozowane potrzeby i problemy, z którymi borykają się uczniowie szkół zawodowych z terenu powiatu strzeleckiego. W projekcie biorą udział uczniowie Technikum przy Centrum Kształcenia Zawodowego i Ustawicznego w Strzelcach Opolskich, Zasadniczej Szkoły Zawodowe przy Centrum Kształcenia Zawodowego i Ustawicznego w Strzelcach Opolskich, Technikum przy Zespole Szkół Ponadgimnazjalnych w Zawadzkiem i Zasadniczej Szkoły Zawodowej przy Zespole Szkół Ponadgimnazjalnych w Zawadzkiem oraz Zasadniczej Szkoły Zawodowej przy Zespole Placówek Oświatowych w Leśnicy. Kluczowym założeniem projektu jest jak najlepsze przygotowanie uczniów - absolwentów do wejścia na rynek pracy. Szkoły uczestniczą w licznych spotkaniach oraz konferencjach z Pracodawcami różnych branż, aby dokładniej zapoznać się z oczekiwaniami Pracodawców względem potencjalnych przyszłych pracowników, a w miarę możliwości dostosować ofertę szkół do dynamicznie zmieniającego się rynku pracy. Po przeprowadzeniu diagnozy, zatwierdzeniu jej przez organ prowadzący oraz przeanalizowaniu jej wyników sprecyzowano, które z umiejętności i uprawnień są aktualnie deficytowymi na rynku pracy. Przeprowadzona analiza pokrywa się z zestawieniem zawodów deficytowych wymienionych w załączniku nr 16 do konkursu, Pracodawcy zwracają szczególną uwagę na konieczność wąskich specjalizacji i posiadanie uprawnień możliwych do uzyskania jedynie ścieżką pozaszkolną. Proponowane w projekcie rozwiązania doskonale uzupełnią niedobory branżowe dla Powiatu Strzeleckiego, przygotowując absolwenta do zatrudnienia na lokalnym rynku pracy. Ponadto projekt zakłada również organizację staży i praktyk zawodowych dla przyszłych absolwentów w celu zdobycia doświadczenia, co może się przyczynić w przyszłości do łatwiejszego wejścia na rynek pracy. Projekt daje również możliwości rozwoju i doskonalenia zawodowego dla nauczycieli oraz instruktorów prowadzących przedmioty zawodowe w różnych formach, (Polish)
