Teatralne 23 jako element rewitalizacji obszarów infrastruktury kultury spowoduje powstanie nowej, przyjaznej mieszkańcom przestrzeni publicznej. W części taras przewidziany jest do zazielenienia a w części stanowi podłogę z desek. Pozostałe, wolne od zabudowy tereny przeznaczone są na zieleń. (Polish)
