Celem projektu jest poprawa szans na rynku pracy 1140 UP (627K) szkół zawodowych powiatu wadowickiego w branży administracyjno - usługowej poprzez utworzenie Andrychowskiego Centrum Kształcenia Zawodowego i Ustawicznego (ACKZiU) jego doposażenie, organizację staży oraz szkoleń zawodowych a także dokształcenie 10 nauczycieli (9K) w okresie 02.2017-09.2019. Projekt odpowiada na potrzeby przeprowadzonej w II kwartale 2016r. diagnozy i jest skierowany do grup odbiorców 1140 ucz. kierunków administracyjno - usługowych ACKZiU w Andrychowie i 10 nauczycieli przedmiotów zawod. W wyniku realizacji proj. powstanie wyposażona w nowoczesny sprzęt, który będzie wykorzystywany głównie do prowadzenia zajęć praktycznych (obowiązkowych i nadobowiązkowych) w czasie trwania proj. i po jego zakończeniu. Uczniowie poprzez udział w kursach , szkoleniach i stażach nabędą dodatkowe uprawnienia i kompetencje zawodowe, co umożliwi im lepszy start na rynku pracy. Ponadto dzięki nawiązaniu współpracy otoczeniem społeczno-gospodarczym (przedsiębiorcy -pracodawcy) zostaną zmodyfikowane programy nauczania zawod., co podniesie jakość kształcenia zawod. ACKZiU. W ramach proj. zaplanowano działania, które są adekwatne do potrzeb uczniów, nauczycieli, szkoły i jej otoczenia. Dla nauczycieli przewidziano: studia podyplomowe :grafika komputerowa, zarządzanie systemami logicznymi, projektowanie i eksploatacja systemów, transport i spedycja, logistyka produkcji, zarządzanie w turystyce , menager hotelu. Dla uczniów: Kursy: prawa jazdy B, dla operatora koparko-ładowarki, przedstawiciela handlowego, obsługi kasy fiskalnej, przedłużania włosów, nowoczesnej koloryzacji oraz strzyżenia, decupage, photoshop; staże zawodowe. The aim of the project is to improve the chances on the labour market of 1140 UP (627K) vocational schools of the Wadowice county in the administrative and service sector through the establishment of Andrychowa Centre for Vocational and Continuous Training (ACKZiU) its retrofitting, organisation of internships and vocational training, and training of 10 teachers (9K) in the period 02.2017-09.2019. The project responds to the needs of the diagnosis carried out in the second quarter of 2016 and is addressed to target groups of 1140 students of ACKZiU administrative and service courses in Andrychów and 10 teachers of subjects. As a result of the project, the project will be equipped with modern equipment, which will be used mainly for practical activities (mandatory and optional) during and after the project. By participating in courses, training and traineeships, pupils will acquire additional qualifications and competences to enable them to better start on the labour market. Moreover, by establishing cooperation with the socio-economic environment (entrepreneurs – employers) the curricula of the profession will be modified, which will increase the quality of vocational training. It’s a ACKZiU. The project plans actions that are appropriate to the needs of pupils, teachers, schools and its surroundings. For teachers: postgraduate studies: computer graphics, management of logic systems, design and operation of systems, transport and forwarding, production logistics, management in tourism, hotel manager. For students: Courses: driving licenses B, for the operator of the backhoe-loader, sales representative, operation of the cash register, hair extension, modern colouring and hair clipping, decupage, photoshop; apprenticeships.
