The subject of the project is a washer ring with a thickness of 1.04 0.13 mm and a diameter of 17.86 0.13 26,54 0,13 mm, which must be passed through the 162A thread diameter 18.9 0.1 in detail retainer and then tighten the slide on the diameter of 16.76 0.05 0.08 with max in bulk 0.013 mm. In the project presented, there is an unusual situation, because a ring with an internal diameter of 17.86 should be mounted by moving it through an object with a diameter of 18.9 Original considerations to perform such an assembly operation by heating the ring so that its sizes are increased by thermal dilation, and the second part cooling to reduce its dimensions proved completely unrealistic, inter alia, due to the cost of the instrumentation and the assembly process itself. It became necessary to search for a new, innovative method of assembly using double plastic deformation. The essential condition is to comply with the required accuracy and tolerance. For the implementation of the planned assembly process, it is necessary to develop a special instrumentation with control of the pressure force and the extent of deformation. This type of technological instrumentation is not available in the offer of domestic and foreign producers. (English)

    Projekt będzie polegał na zakupie usługi badawczorozwojowej.Prace badawcze będą miały na celu opracowanie technologii montażu zespołu Retainer assembly. Prace badawcze będą obejmowały badania z zakresu inżynierii materiałowej, m.in. właściwości mechanicznych, budowy stanowisk badawczych do procesu montażu oraz przeprowadzenie prób w warunkach rzeczywistych. Przedmiotem projektu jest pierścień washer o grubości 1.04 0,13 mm i średnicy 17,86 0,13 26,54 0,13 mm, który należy przełożyć przez gwint 162A średnica zewnętrzna gwintu 18,9 0.1 w detalu retainer i następnie zacisnąć suwliwie na średnicy 16,76 0.05 0.08 z max luzem 0.013 mm. W przedstawionym projekcie mamy do czynienia z nietypową sytuacją, bowiem należy zamontować pierścień o średnicy wewnętrznej 17.86 przemieszczając go przez przedmiot o średnicy 18.9 Pierwotne rozważania, aby wykonać taką operację montażową podgrzewając pierścień tak, żeby jego rozmiary uległy powiększeniu w wyniku dylacji termicznej, zaś część drugą oziębiając, aby zmniejszyć jej wymiary okazały się całkowicie nierealne między innymi z uwagi na koszty oprzyrządowania oraz samego procesu montażu. Konieczne stało się poszukiwanie nowej, innowacyjnej metody montażu z zastosowaniem podwójnej deformacji plastycznej. Warunkiem zasadniczym jest dotrzymanie wymaganej dokładności i tolerancji. Dla realizacji planowanego procesu montażu konieczne jest opracowanie specjalnego oprzyrządowania z nadzorowaniem siły nacisku oraz zakresu deformacji. Tego typu oprzyrządowanie technologiczne nie jest dostępne w ofertach producentów krajowych i zagranicznych. (Polish)
