The subject of the project is the replacement of heat sources, non-organic, old boilers for solid fuels for gas boilers or biomass in individual households in Kocmyrzów-Luborzyca Municipality. The municipality does not have a district heating network and construction is not planned until 2023. The project will include funding to replace old coal kilns for new generation furnaces for gaseous or biomass fuels. It is planned that the project will modernise 195 heat sources (average indicator estimated taking into account the exchange of kiln together with the construction of internal installations in the building necessary for the proper functioning of the new heating system). According to the SZOOP, the access condition under the Ecodesign Directive is to reduce CO2 by at least 30 % compared to existing installations. Under the conditions, the project will be supported by heating appliances with minimum energy efficiency and emission standards applicable from the end of 2020, as set out in the implementing measures of Directive 2009/125/EC of 21 October 2009 laying down general rules for setting ecodesign requirements for energy-related products. For the project, the minimum CO2 reduction for existing installations will be 78.87 %. The buildings covered by the project will meet the energy intensity requirements of the SzOOP. Support for heat exchange will be covered by a contract with the owner of the building subject to adequate energy efficiency, subject to the energy assessment of the building (simplified audit) and the obligation to permanently decommission the old boiler and use only the boiler for which the grant was granted, with instructions on the possible control or verification of fuel consumption for heating purposes. As part of the project, we also plan information actions mainly on reducing low greenhouse gas emissions and protecting the environment. (English) | |||||||||||||||

(Polish)
