The project involves subsidies for the replacement of heat sources — old boilers, furnaces, solid fuel heating appliances in individual households — for boilers using gaseous fuels or biomass in the municipality of Zielonka. In the municipality there is no possibility of connecting the buildings to the district heating network, nor is it planned to develop it during the period of implementation of the project. The project also includes a subsidy to be applied to the performance of the installation in the building necessary for the work. the new heating system (if the investment needs to be the result of a change in the energy assessment). Priority will be given to projects using renewable energy sources. The projected amount of these boilers, together with the modernisation of the internal installation in buildings: min 200 t: 192 gaseous and 8 for biomass. The project will reduce CO2 by at least 30 % for existing installations. Support will be conditional on adequate energy efficiency in the building. The buildings covered by the project will meet the energy intensity requirements of the OOP. Building owners will be required to submit a building for an energy assessment based on a methodology adopted by the MA and to be carried out as a result of the energy efficiency of the building. The support will be conditional on the implementation of investments in the building that increase energy efficiency and reduce energy demand, i.e. the performance of the energy moderation process. Another aspect of the project will be to provide information to the public on the harmfulness of the use of inefficient boilers and installations. This is done by means of an information and promotion campaign consisting of elements such as: Education of pre-school children and young children and young people, including project promotion and recruitment. It is another task that is needed in order to prepare the necessary documentation. A description of the various tasks is given in point C.2.3 (English)

Projekt obejmuje również dofinansowanie do wykonania wewn. instalacji w budynku niezbędnych do prawidł. funkcj. nowego systemu ogrzewania (jeśli konieczność inwestycji będzie wynikała z przeprow.oceny energ.). Kolejnym aspektem w projekcie będzie przekazanie mieszkańcom informacji nt. szkodliwości użytkowania nieefektywnych kotłów i instalacji.
