The project plans to replace 118 old boilers, furnaces, heating appliances with solid fuels with internal installations in the building necessary for the proper functioning of the new heating system. Support will be provided for investments in heat sources burning biomass or using gaseous fuels. The condition for funding will be to subject the building to an energy audit which will indicate whether there is a need to undergo an energy modernisation building. There will be no need for energy modernisation of the building if the building has a maximum value of EPH+W of no more than 150 kWh/(m² x year) for homogeneous houses or 135 kWh/(m² x year) for multi-family houses. The buildings for which the above condition will not be met will have to have thermal retrofitting work carried out during the project period. The requirement of an inhabitant to meet the above mentioned requirements will be conditional on the replacement of the non-organic heating source of the building. The applicant:- obliges end-users to comply with the obligation to permanently liquidate the old boiler and to use only the co-financed heating system as a primary source of heat in the building – it will check the failure of unauthorised modifications of the boiler to incinerate waste (e.g. additional grating made), – checking compliance with the fuel parameters authorised by the manufacturer of the device in the instructions for use of the device, including consent by the final customer to take and examine the parameters of the fuel sample, – control of ensuring the correct conditions for the storage of the fuel in order to protect it. Supported projects will result in a CO2 reduction of at least 30 % for existing installations. The project presents the best quality-to-price ratio (English)

Zobowiązanie mieszkańca do spełnienia ww. wymogów będzie warunkowało wymianę nieekologicznego źródła ogrzewania budynku. Wnioskodawca:- zobowiąże odbiorców końcowych do wykonania obowiązku trwałej likwidacji starego kotła i użytkowania wyłącznie dofinansowanego systemu ogrzewania jako podstawowego źródła ciepła w budynku - będzie prowadził kontrolę braku nieuprawnionych modyfikacji kotła umożliwiających spalanie odpadów (np. dorobiony dodatkowy ruszt), - kontrolę przestrzegania parametrów paliwa dopuszczonego przez producenta urządzenia w instrukcji użytkowania urządzenia, w tym wyrażenia zgody przez odbiorcę końcowego na pobranie i zbadanie parametrów próbki paliwa, - kontrolę zapewnienia prawidłowych warunków składowania opału w celu jego ochrony przed zawilgoceniem (jeśli będzie dotyczyć). Wsparte projekty będą skutkować redukcją CO2 co najmniej o 30% w odniesieniu do istniejących instalacji. Projekt przedstawia najlepszą relację jakości do ceny (Polish)
