The project concerns the purchase of R & D infrastructure, which will allow the Applicant to set up the company’s R & D department and to carry out research and development work, during the shelf life, to develop an innovative polyurethane elastomer composite and use it. The main objective of the project is to increase the R & D activity of ELASTOLAB sp. z o.o., a micro-enterprise. The implementation of the infrastructure project will be divided into four tasks including real estate renovation, the purchase of infrastructure for conducting industrial research, the purchase of infrastructure for experimental development and the purchase of materials and semi-finished products. The project concerns an initial investment consisting of diversification of the plant’s production by introducing products previously not produced in the plant, as the result of the project will be the readiness to start R & D by the Applicant, who has so far commissioned R & D to an external company. The result of the implementation of R & D works during the project’s durability will be both product innovation and process innovation. The chief manager of research and development and the person managing the infrastructure project will be the President of the Management Board – Mr Michał Minor, the originator of the research project. In addition, R & D and related managerial work will be involved in R & D. Konrad Wednesday and planned for employment Head of the Laboratory. The applicant declares that the project has a positive impact on the implementation of all the horizontal rules of the European Union listed in Articles 7 and 8 of Regulation (EU) No 1303/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 December 2013, i.e. the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, including accessibility for persons with disabilities, the principle of equal opportunities and the principle of sustainable development.
