The project consists of equipping the necessary research equipment (generator, wire-electrosion center and grinder) of the Research and Development Laboratory of ZPH Frezwid. SP.j. for testing. The research directions will be focused on innovative technologies and tool manufacturing strategy with blades such as polycrystalline diamond. An essential element in the company’s field of activity is to carry out research in the field of combining hard-working materials and developing innovative technologies to increase the performance of cutting tools. The next direction will be the development of new technologies together with technical documentation for the production of rubber cutting tools. Developed solutions respond to market demand, e.g. automotive plants and construction industry. The research work will be carried out in accordance with the developed research agenda, purchases made during the period III.Q.2017- IQ. 2018. The aim of the project is to increase the innovation of Frezwid by increasing investment in R & D activities, which will enable the company to strengthen its position in the market, establish new business contacts. The project is in line with the Regional Innovation Strategy of the Małopolska Region, KIS 5.3 Innovative tecyhnologies and industrial processes. The implementation of the project will involve increasing the employment of researchers and establishing cooperation with representatives of the SME sector. The project will be implemented in accordance with the principles of equal opportunities, adaptation and sustainable development. Laboratory safety will be improved by replacing the acetylene torch. Przedsięwzięcie polega na doposażeniu w niezbędną aparaturę badawczą (generator, drutowe centrum elektoerozyjne oraz szlifierka) Laboratorium Badawczo-Rozwojowego ZPH Frezwid. Sp.j w celu przeprowadzenia badań. Kierunki badań będą zwrócone na innowacyjne technologie oraz strategię produkcji narzędzi z ostrzami m.in. diamentu polikrystalicznego. Niezbędnym elementem w obszarze działalności przedsiębiorstwa jest wykonanie badań z dziedziny łączenia materiałów trudnoobrabialnych oraz wypracowania innowacyjnych technologii podwyższających właściwości użytkowe narzędzi skrawających . Kolejnym kierunkiem będzie opracowanie nowych technologii wraz z dokumentacją techniczną wykonywania narzędzi do cięcia gumy. Wypracowane rozwiązania odpowiadają na zapotrzebowanie rynku, płynące m.in. zakładów motoryzacyjnych, branży budowlanej. Prace badawcze będą prowadzone zgodnie z opracowaną agendą badawczą , zakupy dokonane w okresie III. kw.2017- I kw. 2018r. Celem projektu jest wzrost innowacyjności firmy Frezwid poprzez zwiększenie nakładów na działalność badawczo –rozwojową,co pozwoli na umocnienie się pozycji przedsiębiorstwa na rynku, nawiązaniu nowych kontaktów biznesowych. Realizacja projektu wpisuje się Regionalną Strategię Innowacji Województwa Małopolskiego, KIS 5.3 Innowacyjne tecyhnologie i procesy przemysłowe. Realizacja przedsięwzięcia będzie się wiązała ze zwiększeniem zatrudnienia pracowników naukowych oraz nawiązanie współpracy z przedstawicielami sektora MŚP. Projekt będzie realizowany zgodnie z zasadami równości szans, dostosowania oraz zrównoważonego rozwoju. Nastąpi poprawa bezpieczeństwa pracy laboratorium poprzez zastąpienie palnika acetylenowego.
