CEL PROJEKTU: Zwiększenie aktywności zawodowej i społecznej 75osób( 40Kobiet) zagrożonych ubóstwem ub wykluczeniem społecznym niezatrudnionych w tym min .12osób z niepełnosp z powiatów:żuromińskiego, sierpeckiego, gostynińskiego wybranych gmin powiatu, ciechanowksiego,mławskiego,płońskiego,płockiego,pułtuskiego,przasnyskiego,makowskiego, (gminywybrane, pkt.C1.7) poprzez kompleksowe i indywidualne wsparcie na rzecz rodzin najbardziej potrzebujących wsparcia (wielodzietnych, z osobami starszymi, ubogim rodzin z dziećmi, z osobami z niepełnosprawnościami, osobami niesamodzielnymi , samotnie wychowujących dzieci) od I-XII2019 Grupa :75osób(40 K)zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym niezatrudnionych w tym min .15OzN z Powiatów ( patrz cel P) P jest skierowany do osób z gmin z w/w pow.poniżej progu dewaloryzacji dla Mazowsza P jest skierowany w 80% do osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społ, doświadczających wielokrotnego wykluczenia społ REZULTATY: -Liczba osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym, które uzyskały kwalifikacje po opuszczeniuprogramu:-34 - Liczba osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społ poszukujących pracy po opuszczeniu programu:-30 - Liczba osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społ pracujących po opuszczeniu programu:18 - Odsetek osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społ, które dokonały postępu w aktywizacji społecznej–34% -Odsetek osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społ, które podjęły zatrudnienie– 22%, -Odsetek osób o znacznym stopniu niepełi, osób z niepełnosprawnością intelektualną oraz osób z niepełn sprzężonymi, które dokonały postępuw aktywizacji społecznej–34% - Odsetek osób o znacznym stopniu niepełnosi, osób z niepełnosprawnością intelektualną oraz osób z niepełnosp sprzężonymi, które podjęły zatrudnienie–12% Działania: 1.
