Lider projektu - ngo Stowarzyszenie Radomskie Centrum Przedsiębiorczości i 1 współprac. MOPS-Pionki /kryt.dost.1/nawiązało partnerstwo projekt.na rzecz przybliżenia do zatrudnienia 60 mieszk. pow.radomskiego i m. Radom poprzez zwiększenie intensywności wsparcia i zindywidualiz. ścieżkę reintegracji, w tym 20m-czny indywidualny trening pracy. Cel główny projektu-podniesienie kompetencji społ.-zawodowych zwiększających szanse na zatrudnienie i zapobieganie zjawisku wykluczenia społ. i ubóstwa u 36K i 24M wykluczonych i zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym z terenu miasta Radom i powiatu radomskiego w okresie od 01.04.2018 do 30.11.2019. Grupa docelowa-os. korzystające ze świadczeń z pom. społ. doświadczające wielokrotnego wykluczenia (kryt. mer. szcz.1), w tym preferowane: os. korzystające z PO PŻ (kr.dost.5),os. bezrobotne z III profilu (kryt.dost.6), ON; 60 os. bezrobotnych/nieaktywnych zawodowo, w tym 10osób z niepełn. bezrobotnych/nieaktywnych zawod. (6K i 4M).W przypadku wystąpienia w proj. os. bezrobotnych zarejestrowanych w PUP zostanie nawiązana współpraca z PUP-ami z terenu realiz. proj.(kryt.dot.7). Realizacja celu zostanie zweryfikowana poprzez pomiar wskaźników rezultatu bezpośredniego: licz.UP,którzy uzyskali kwalif. po zakoń. proj.poszukujących pracy po opuszczeniu programu i pracujących po opuszczeniu pro oraz wskaźniki produktu: licz.os.zagrożonych ubóstem lub wykluczeniem społ. objętych wsparciem w prog. licz. ON objętych wsparciem w programie. UP zostaną objęci reintegracją społ-zawodową,treningiem pracy i poradnictwem specjalistycznym, kursami, stażami, wizytami studyjnymi. Osiągnięty zostanie wskaźnik efektywności społecznej na poziomie 34% oraz wskaźnik efektywności zatrudnieniowej na poziomie 22 %, a w przypadku ON o znacznym stopniu niepełnosprawności, osób z niepełnosprawnością intelektualną oraz osób z niepełnosprawnościami sprzężonymi odpowiednio 34% i 12%.
