The main objective of the project is to increase the employment opportunities of 22 people not working from the area of the municipality of Radomia, including 3 people from the disadvantage and 19 people. unemployment or non-activity, at the age of activity above 30 years, benefiting from OPS benefits, at risk of poverty or exclusion.com in the period until 31.12.2018. This objective will be achieved through the application of individuals and comprehensive support to each participant based on individuals. the path of reintegration created by individuals. for each person, taking into account their actual predispositions and possibilities to be defined in the diagnostic process. The project has planned activities such as: counselling and counselling, motivational workshops and community competences, support meetings with carers, active job search workshops, vocational courses and trainings raising qualifications and community work, which will contribute to, among others, increasing competences and community skills, increasing or acquiring new skills in terms of active and effective job search, raising or acquiring new qualifications tailored to the needs of the labour market and consequently. Projekt skierowany jest do 22os.niepracujących z terenu gminy m.R-mia, w tym 3os. z niepełnos./10%grupy/ oraz 19os. bezrobot. lub nieaktywnych zawodowo, w wieku aktywności zawod. powyżej 30r.ż.,korzyst. ze świadczeń OPS, zagroż. ubóstwem lub wykl. społ. Preferowane będą osoby /kryteria dodat. punkt./,które:-korzystają z POPŻ 2014-2020-5pkt, są zakwalif.do III profilu pomocy zgodnie z ustawą o promocji zatrudn. i instyt. r.pracy-4pkt. Projekt będzie realiz. na terenie gminy Radom, która znajduje się poniżej progu defaworyzacji wyznacz. w Maz.Barometrze Ubóstwa i Wykl. Społ. Głównym celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia 22os. niepracujących z terenu gminy m.Radomia, w tym 3os. z niepełnospr. oraz 19os. bezrob. lub nieakt. zawod., w wieku aktywności zawod. powyżej 30r.ż., korzyst. ze świadczeń OPS, zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wyklucz.społ. w okresie do 31.12.2018r. Cel ten zostanie zrealizowany poprzez zastosowanie indywid. i kompleksowego wsparcia na rzecz każdego uczest. opartego o indywid. ścieżkę reintegracji stworzoną indywid. dla każdej osoby z uwzględnieniem ich faktycznych predyspozycji i możliwości, które zostaną określone w procesie diagnostycznym. W ramach projektu zaplanowano takie działania jak: poradnictwo i doradztwo, warsztaty motywacyjne i kompetencji społ.,spotkania wspierające z opiekunami, warsztaty aktywnego poszuk. pracy, kursy zawodowe i szkolenia podnoszące kwalifikacje oraz prace społ.-użyteczne, które przyczynią się m.in. do zwiększ.przez uczest. kompet. i umiejętności społ., zwiększenia lub nabycia nowych umiejętności w zakresie aktywnego i efekt. poszukiwania pracy, podniesienia lub zdobycia nowych kwalifikacji zawod. dostosowanych do potrzeb rynku pracy a w konsekwencji do podjęcia zatrudnienia. Usługi aktywnej integracji o charakterze zawodowym będą realizowane przez wyspecjalizowane podmioty np.WUP(poroz.).
