The project will consist of improving the energy efficiency of the company Mechanik S. z o.o. with its registered office in Chełmek, thanks to a comprehensive, deep thermal modernisation of the building, which houses a production and service plant of the company. The project includes insulation of walls and ceilings, replacement of the outer carpentry, modernisation of the central heating system with the change of heat source to system heat, modernisation of lighting using LED lighting and installation of RES in the form of photovoltaic installations for the production of electric current for the company’s needs. Projekt będzie polegał na poprawie efektywności energetycznej przedsiębiorstwa Mechanik S Sp. z o.o. z siedzibą w Chełmku, dzięki przeprowadzeniu kompleksowej, głębokiej termomodernizacji budynku, w którym mieści się zakład produkcyjnousługowy przedsiębiorstwa. W projekcie założono docieplenie ścian oraz stropodachu, wymianę stolarki zewnętrznej, modernizację instalacji c.o. wraz ze zmianą źródła ciepła na ciepło systemowe, modernizację oświetlenia z wykorzystaniem oświetlenia typu LED oraz zainstalowanie OZE w postaci instalacji fotowoltaicznej do produkcji prądu elektrycznego na potrzeby przedsiębiorstwa. W projekcie przewidziano również zastosowanie systemu zarządzania energią na który będą się składać wentylacja sterowana automatycznie w zależności od potrzeb, sterowane termostaty z nagrzewnicami na hali produkcyjnej. W wyniku realizacji projektu zainstalowane zostaną liczniki ciepła sieciowego oraz energii elektrycznej wyprodukowanej z instalacji fotowoltaicznej.Pod względem dziedzinowym, tematyka projektu będzie wiązała się z ekologia Realizacja projektu przyczyni się do zmniejszenia zapotrzebowania na energię końcową przedsiębiorstwa o 81,19, a także na redukcję rocznej emisji CO2 o 83,64, o tyle samo zmniejszona zostanie emisja zanieczyszczeń do powietrza w postaci pyłów węglowodorów, CO, CO2, SOx, NOx. Skutkiem realizacji projektu będzie poprawa jakości i warunków pracy w przedsiębiorstwie zwłaszcza na hali produkcyjnej, a także zmniejszenie kosztów stałych utrzymania obiektu. (Polish)
