From job offers published by PUP in Ciechanów (Source: www.pup-ciechanow.pl, as of 2016.09.12), it follows that one of the most sought-after groups was the work of a person with qualifications: operator of construction machinery, TIG, MMA or MAG welding method, as well as forklift/road truck operator and warehouse employee with cash register. The project is addressed to doc. groups from the Mazovian Voivodeship 85UP (10K and 75M), persons of adult age (since 18), who have applied for formal education, upgrading, completion of qualifications or their forms of training on their own initiative. The project meets the meshes. Up enabling them to participate in comprehensive training and opportunities to acquire several professional competences. The project assumes that more than 85 % of the participants in the project (73UP) will obtain qualifications in non-school forms of education. The project involves training in directions that will be in line with the needs of the labour market in the sectors identif., as sectors with the greatest potential for development and/or strategic industries for the region/subregion. The project will contribute to the improvement of skills and to gain the qualification of professionals in rural areas (26UP), which account for 30.6 % of participants. The main objective of the project is: Obtaining the required professional qualifications on the market 85 participants (10K and 75M) through participation in vocational education and training in the period 03.2017-12.2018. The achievement of the main objective and the specific objectives will contribute to the specific objective of the WM ROP: “Plastic Vocational Training in Mazovia in the Perspective 2014-2020”. Increasing participation in adult lifelong learning can be achieved by inter alia: the acquisition of knowledge and skills 85BO will strengthen their position in the labour market, mobility, etc. and will eliminate discrimination in access to courses, including those who are particularly vulnerable to exclusion.     Z publikowanych przez PUP w Ciechanowie ofert pracy (Źródło: www.pup-ciechanow.pl, stan na dzień 2016.09.12), wynika, iż jedną z najczęściej poszukiwanych grup zawodowych była praca osoby z kwalifikacjami: operator maszyn budowlanych, spawanie metodą TIG, MMA lub MAG, oraz operatora wózka widłowego/ jezdniowego i pracownika magazynu z obsł. kas. Projekt jest skierowany do grup doc. z obszaru wojew. mazowieckiego 85UP (10K i 75M), osób w wieku dorosłym (od 18 r. ż), zgłaszających z własnej inicjatywy chęć kształcenia formalnego, podnoszenia, uzupeł. kwalifikacji lub ich form. potw. Projekt wychodzi naprzeciw oczek. UP umożliwiając im udział w kompleksowych szkoleniach i możliwości zdobycia kilku kompetencji zawodowych. Projekt zakłada uzyskanie przez powyżej 85% uczestników projektu (73UP) kwalifikacji w ramach pozaszkolnych form kształcenia.
