Celem projektu jest zaktywizowanie społeczno-zawodowe 80 osób zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym z terenu Gminy Ciechanów i Miasta Ciechanów, służące przeciwdziałaniu bezrobociu tej grupy oraz nabycie nowych umiejętności osobistych przez 200 osób z rodzin zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym. Projekt zakłada wykorzystanie zwalidowanego produktu szkoleniowego „ Dualny model szkolenia zawodowo-aktywizującego dla osób długotrwale bezrobotnych i członków rodzin” powstałego w ramach projektu PIW EQUAL „Odziedzicz pracę” nr A0209 W ramach projektu planowane są następujące formy wsparcia: -usługi pracownika socjalnego -spotkania z profilaktyczne ze specjalistami -grupy samopomocowe (np. bezrobotnych) -3 wyjazdy kulturalne -2 spotkania wigilijne dla uczestników i ich rodzin -zorganizowanie półkolonii dla 30 dzieci uczestników projektu i kolonii dla 20 dzieci, -Wyjazd terapeutyczno-edukacyjny -indywidualne doradztwo i konsultacje ze specjalistami np. prawnikiem -warsztaty aktywizacyjne -budowanie poczucia własnej wartości -trening motywacyjny -warsztaty aktywności zawodowej -indywidualne porad doradcy zawodowego w przygotowaniu się do podjęcia zatrudnienia poprzez pomoc w napisaniu CV, udzielanie porad jak prowadzić rozmowę z konkretnym pracodawcą -Kurs I pomocy przedmedycznej dla ucz. proj i członków ich rodzin. -kurs prawo jazdy kategorii „B” -szkolenia zawodowe zgodnie z predyspozycjami i zainteresowaniami -staże zawodowe i usługi pośrednika pracy W efekcie projektu co najmniej 18 osób podejmie pracę a 50 osób gotowych będzie do poszukiwania i podjęcia pracy Projekt jest projektem partnerskim PCK OR w Ciechanowie i Gminy Ciechanów i Miasta Ciechanów. Przed złożeniem wniosku zostało zainicjowane partnerstwo dot jego realizacji.
