The project assumes the support of the enterprise in the form of the realisation of pro-development services by the Business Surrounding Institution in the creation of a new product based on innovative IT solutions. The target of the new product is companies which are currently not supported by the Company due to low price competitiveness. They are primarily small and medium-sized enterprises. Lowering costs by computerising actuarial services would allow the Company to reach a new group of customers. Trio Management Actuarial Consulting operates mainly in the area of actuarial valuations. The actuarial valuation market is characterised by a very high seasonality, which makes it impossible to use all the resources currently held by the Applicant, above all human resources, throughout the year – as there is not enough work to fully exploit the potential of workers in the months not linked to the preparation of actuarial valuations. Hence, there is a need to analyse the directions of the company’s development in terms of the competences and experience of the company’s employees, which will allow to identify market areas where the applicant could try to introduce his products and services, while reducing the seasonality of his work and making full use of the potential of the team that he has. The applicant also assumes as part of the project the preparation of a marketing strategy by IOB, which will help revitalise the growth dynamics of new customers, the decline of which has been noticed over the last few years. Projekt zakłada wsparcie przedsiębiorstwa w formie wykonania usług pro-rozwojowych przez Instytucję Otoczenia Biznesu w tworzeniu nowego produktu opartego na innowacyjnych rozwiązaniach informatycznych. Adresatem nowego produktu są przedsiębiorstwa, których Spółka obecnie nie obsługuje ze względu na niską konkurencyjność cenową. Są to przede wszystkim małe i średnie przedsiębiorstwa. Obniżenie kosztów poprzez zinformatyzowanie usługi aktuarialnej pozwoliłoby Spółce dotrzeć do nowej grupy klientów. Trio Management Actuarial Consulting działa głównie w obszarze wycen aktuarialnych. Rynek wycen aktuarialnych cechuje bardzo silna sezonowość, co skutkuje niemożnością wykorzystania w chwili obecnej wszystkich zasobów posiadanych przez Wnioskodawcę, przede wszystkim zasobów ludzkich, przez cały rok - jako, że nie ma wystarczającej ilości pracy, by w pełni wykorzystać potencjał pracowników, w miesiącach niezwiązanych z przygotowaniem wycen aktuarialnych. Stąd, istnieje potrzeba przeanalizowania kierunków rozwoju firmy pod kątem kompetencji oraz doświadczeń pracowników firmy, co pozwoli na zidentyfikowanie obszarów rynku, na które Wnioskodawca mógłby próbować wprowadzić swoje produkty i usługi, jednocześnie zmniejszając sezonowość swoich prac oraz wykorzystując w pełni potencjał zespołu, który posiada. Wnioskodawca zakłada też w ramach realizacji projektu przygotowanie przez IOB strategii marketingowej, która pomoże ożywić dynamikę przyrostu nowych klientów, której spadek został zauważony w przeciągu ostatnich kilku lat.
