The main objective of the project is to increase the employability of 489 (121K/368M) from 543 (134K/409M) to IV from 2022. 2 vocational schools in Radom: An assembly of the economic school, an electronic assembly of schools through participation in traineeships, careers advice, key competences and universal skills needed in the labour market and 348 (189K/159M) of 386 (210K/176M). 4 primary schools Nos 4, 15, 31 and 34 through their participation in career counselling, as well as increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of education by providing 6 workers with a background of working conditions and an increase in competence or professional qualifications. 16 (15K/1M) of 19 (18K/1M) n-li. DOC.: 543 (134/409) pupils and 11 (10K/1M) teachers of 2 Radom vocational schools and 386 (210K/176M) and 8 (8K) teachers of the n-Radom primary schools. ZD.: 1. Traineeships for students at technical college; 2. Structuring of key skills and universal skills needed in the labour market in vocational training schools; 3. Equipping schools with equipment and equipment for vocational training; 4. Support for the development of the profession and instructors of professionals; 5. Advisory counselling — teacher training in vocational schools; 6. Vocational guidance — n-li education in mainstream schools; 7. Professional counselling — establishment of PIK and activities in vocational schools; 8 Regional consultancy services — creation of Information and Careers desks in primary schools. Indicators: Point C 2.1. The applicant shall declare that professional education development activities will correspond to the needs of the labour market, taking account of industries identified as having the highest potential for development and/or strategic industries for the region, which are part of the smart specialisation of the region. Project activities take into account labour market demand forecasts for specific professions and training in specific sectors (7 KD). (English)

    Celem głównym Projektu jest zwiększenie do IV 2022 roku zdolności do zatrudnienia 489 (121K/368M) z 543 (134K/409M) ucz. 2 szkół zawodowych w Radomiu: Zespół Szkół Ekonomicznych, Zespół Szkół Elektronicznych poprzez udział w stażach, doradztwie zawodowym, zajęciach kształtujących kompetencje kluczowe i umiejętności uniwersalne niezbędne na rynku pracy oraz 348 (189K/159M) z 386 (210K/176M) ucz. 4 radomskich szkół podstawowych nr 4, 15, 31 i 34 poprzez udział w doradztwie zawodowym, a także wzrost efektywności i skuteczności kształcenia poprzez doposażenie 6 pracowni odzwierciedlających naturalne warunki pracy oraz zwiększenie kompetencji lub kwalifikacji zawodow. 16(15K/1M) z 19 (18K/1M) n-li. Doposażenie szkół w sprzęt i mat. dydak. do realizacji kształcenia zawodowego; 4. Wsparcie rozwoju n-li zawodu i instruktorów praktycznej nauki zawodu; 5. Doradztwo zaw.- kształcenie nauczycieli w szkołach zawodowych; 6. Doradztwo zawod.- kształcenie n-li w szkołach podst.; 7. Doradztwo zawodowe- utworzenie PIK i przeprowadzenie zajęć w szkołach zawodowych; 8 Doradztwo zawod.- utworzenie Punktów Informacji i Kariery i przeprow. zaj. w szkołach podstawowych. Wskaźniki: Punkt C 2.1. Wnioskodawca oświadcza, że podejmowane działania z zakresu rozwoju edukacji zawodowej będą odpowiadały potrzebom rynku pracy, z uwzględnieniem branż zidentyfikowanych jako branże o największym potencjale rozwojowym i/lub branż strategicznych dla regionu, należących do inteligentnych specjalizacji regionu. Działania realizowane w ramach projektu uwzględniają prognozy zapotrzebowania rynku pracy na określone zawody i wykształcenie w określonych branżach (7 KD). (Polish)
