This investment results from the need to develop the company by supplementing and expanding the company’s machine park, in order to achieve the right level of efficiency of the production process enabling the implementation of new products. The planned investment is essential for optimising production costs, increasing the efficiency of the production process and the need to gain flexibility in adapting to the development of the boiler market and customer needs. Our company currently produces about 5000 boilers per year. In the years 2017-2019 we have the production of pellet boilers in more than a thousand pieces per year. With a wide machine practice, we are not able to manage all orders and demand on the market today. Therefore, in order to increase our production capacity, we need to buy new production machines for implemented new biomass boilers. As part of this project, Protech envisages the implementation of the V class of boilers where biomass (pellet) will be used as fuel. These boilers were created as a result of ongoing R & D works (researching development units from two countries within the framework of an international research programme). New boilers require new machining technologies and an increase in production efficiency. Next to Protech, only three companies in Poland currently produce V-class boilers for biomass fuels. Data from the IPD in Zabrze. Protech has currently carried out studies that have led to the achievement of technical parameters specific to Class V. (English) | |||||||||||||||

Przedmiotowa inwestycja wynika z konieczności rozwoju firmy poprzez uzupełnienie i poszerzenia parku maszynowego firmy, w celu osiągnięcia właściwego poziomu wydajności procesu produkcyjnego umożliwiającego wdrożenie nowych produktów. Firma Protech w ramach przedmiotowego projektu przewiduje wdrożenie do swojej oferty V klasy kotłów gdzie paliwem będzie biomasa (pellet). Dane z IChPW w Zabrzu. Firma Protech aktualnie przeprowadziła badania, które doprowadziły do osiągnięcia parametrów technicznych właściwych dla klasy V. (Polish)
