The main objective of the project “Supporting the Willi family” will be the socio-professional activation of 100 people in the care of children, people with disabilities or older people who are at risk of poverty or social exclusion within 24 months. The project participants will be women (K) and men (M) at the age. 15-67 years, mostly with upper secondary education, inactive and not looking for a job (including those classified by up to up to III profiles), persons with disabilities, with mental disorders, homeless people or the risk of homelessness, families facing difficulties in performing care, poverty or social exclusion, benefiting from social assistance benefits in the district of Wola Warsaw, Warsaw. They are family members of large families, families with children, families with elderly people, families with people with disabilities, families with other dependants or lone parents. The project will be implemented in partnership with an NGO, providing a comprehensive approach to addressing the needs of the target group. The social and employment performance ratio of 56 % will be achieved for the participants, including the level of employment performance of 22 %. The main objective of the project will be achieved through the implementation of actions in the framework of the four tasks: (1) Active social inclusion, (2) Professional experience and work placements, (3) Workshop and support group, (4) Social work. The project uses final products (working methods) developed in the context of the project of an innovative project in the Wielkopolskie Province in the region of the Wielkopolskie Province in Poland (HC OP) as a tool activating people 45 + in the Wielkopolskie region (HC OP, Priority VI Labour market, open to all, Action 6.4 Innovative projects).     Celem głównym projektu „Wsparcie rodzin na Woli” będzie aktywizacja społeczno-zawodowa 100 osób z rodzin mających pod opieką dzieci, osoby niepełnosprawne lub starsze, zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym w ciągu 24 miesięcy. Uczestnikami projektu będą kobiety (K) i mężczyźni (M) w wieku gł. 15-67 lat w większości z wykształceniem ponadgimnazjalnym, bierne zawodowo i nie poszukujące pracy (w tym osoby zakwalifikowane przez UP do III profilu pomocy), osoby niepełnosprawne, z zaburzeniami psychicznymi, osoby bezdomne lub zagrożone bezdomnością, z rodzin przeżywających trudności w pełnieniu funkcji opiekuńczo-wychowawczych, zagrożone ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym korzystające ze świadczeń pomocy społecznej zamieszkałe w dzielnicy Wola m.st. Warszawy w woj. mazowieckim. Osoby te są członkami rodzin wielodzietnych, ubogich rodzin z dziećmi, rodzin z osobami starszymi, rodzin z osobami z niepełnosprawnościami, rodzin z innymi osobami zależnymi lub rodzicami samotnie wychowującymi dzieci. Projekt będzie realizowany w partnerstwie z ngo, zapewniający kompleksowe podejście do rozwiązywania potrzeb grupy docelowej. W odniesieniu do uczestników zostanie osiągnięty wskaźnik efektywności społeczno-zatrudnieniowej 56%, w tym poziom efektywności zatrudnieniowej - 22%. Cel główny projektu zostanie osiągnięty poprzez realizację działań w ramach czterech zadań: 1) Aktywna integracja społeczna, 2) Poradnictwo zawodowe i staże, 3) Warsztaty i grupa wsparcia, 4) Praca socjalna. Projekt wykorzystuje produkty finalne (metody pracy) wypracowane w ramach projektu innowacyjnego z terenu woj. wielkopolskiego "JOBCOACHING jako narzędzie aktywizujące osoby 45+ na terenie województwa wielkopolskiego (POKL, Priorytet VI Rynek pracy otwarty dla wszystkich, Działanie 6.4 Projekty innowacyjne).
