Projekt polega na wsparciu rodziców dzieci do lat, w celu umożliwienia im kontynuacji pracy zawodowej lub poszukiwania pracy. Dzięki realizacji projektu stworzenie do 31.08.2018 dodatkowych 5 miejsc opieki nad dziećmi w wieku do lat 3 w istniejącej placówce (Żłobku Miejskim w Pułtusku), oraz 20 miejsc opieki w domach (zatrudn. niań; z uwagi na brak możliwości lokalowych w dniu dzisiejszym dla zapewnienia tych miejsc w placówce), z zapewnieniem trwałości projektu przez okres 3 lat po jego zakończeniu, zapewnienie do 31.08.2018 zwiększenie zatrudn. co najmniej 1 opiekuna więcej, oraz 20 niań (trwałość zgodnie z def. użytą w regulaminie konkursu) i poprawa do zakończenia proj. (30.09.2018) jakości kształcenia, przez poprawę warunków świadczenia opieki i pracy dydaktycznej w istniejącej placówce, oraz przeszkolenie części z opiekunów i niań (m.in. w zakresie opieki nad dziećmi niepełnosprawnymi). Wszyscy uczestnicy proj. będą stanowiły os. zamieszkałe lub/i zatrudnione na terenie miasta i gm. Pułtusk(woj.mazowieckie).
