The project “Modernisation of the plant in order to increase the recycling of raw materials waste without increasing the capacity of the waste” concerns the reconstruction of the plant for mechanical and biological treatment of mixed municipal waste – reconstruction of the technological line for segregation of waste in the Waste Management Plant in PGK in PGK in Płońsk Sp. z o.o.. The main objective of the project is to improve the environment by increasing the amount of municipal waste recovered for recycling while maintaining the existing capacity of the installations. Achieving the main objective will enable the completion of the modernisation work resulting from the envisaged scope of the project, i.e. modernisation of the existing technology line for sorting municipal waste and equipping new facilities to increase the amount of waste recovered for recycling. The scope of the project shall cover the following tasks: 1. Preparatory work (including project documentation) 2. Investment works (including major modernisation works, including the purchase and assembly of equipment) 3. Information and promotion activities (including education and promotion campaign) 4. It’s project management. The target group of the project consists mainly of residents of the city of Płońsk and the commune of Płońsk, as well as, according to PGO WM 2022, residents of the western region for which the installation has RIPOK status as well as Mazowieckie voivodship, for which the installation has the status of replacement installation (IZ). Projekt „Modernizacja zakładu w celu zwiększenia recyklingu odpadów surowcowych bez zwiększenia mocy przerobowych” dotyczy przebudowy instalacji do mechaniczno-biologicznego przetwarzania zmieszanych odpadów komunalnych - przebudowy linii technologicznej do segregacji odpadów w Zakładzie Zagospodarowania Odpadów w Poświętnem PGK w Płońsku Sp. z o.o. Wnioskodawcą projektu jest PGK w Płońsku Sp. z o.o. - podmiot uprawniony do ubiegania się o dofinansowanie projektu, jako podmiot wykonujący usługi publiczne na zlecenie jednostek samorządu terytorialnego, w którym większość udziałów posiada samorząd (Miasto Płońsk). Celem głównym projektu poprawa stanu środowiska naturalnego poprzez zwiększenie ilości odzyskiwanych do recyklingu odpadów komunalnych, przy zachowaniu istniejących mocy przerobowych instalacji. Osiągniecie założonego celu głównego umożliwi realizacja prac modernizacyjnych wynikających z przewidzianego zakresu projektu, tj. modernizacji istniejącej linii technologicznej do sortowania odpadów komunalnych i wyposażenie w nowe urządzenia służące zwiększeniu ilości odpadów odzyskanych do recyklingu. Zakres projektu obejmuje następujące zadania: 1. Prace przygotowawcze (w tym dokumentacja projektowa) 2. Prace inwestycyjne (obejmująca główne prace modernizacyjne, w tym zakup i montaż urządzeń) 3. Działania informacyjno-promocyjne (w tym kampania edukacyjno-promocyjna) 4. Zarządzanie projektem. Grupę docelową projektu stanowią w głównej mierze mieszkańcy miasta Płońsk i gminy Płońsk, a także, zgodnie z PGO WM 2022, mieszkańcy regionu zachodniego, dla którego instalacja posiada status RIPOK a także województwa mazowieckiego, dla którego instalacja posiada status instalacji zastępczej (IZ).
