As part of the project, it is planned to purchase specialised equipment in the field of: • flood protection (motopompa, lifeboat); Water rescue (rescue boat); • Search and rescue groups (technical rescue kit, medical emergency kit, chargeable flashlight). The purchase of a fire vehicle will allow a rapid response to the resulting fire hazards and other rescue activities such as flooding, oil spills, chemicals into the environment, removal of damage caused by storms, so that material take-offs will be reduced to a minimum. Each of these risks poses risks not only to human health, but to the entire environment affected by these destructive factors, including valuable natural areas. It will have an impact on shorter time and response times for rescue operations, thereby increasing the chances of saving property and the highest value of human health and life. It will also strengthen the operational security of the entire municipality and neighbouring areas. Istotą projektu jest zakup średniego uterenowionego samochodu ratowniczo-gaśniczego ze sprzętem ratowniczo-gaśniczym zamontowanym na stałe oraz sprzętem dla specjalistycznych grup na potrzeby jednostki OSP Przesmyki w gminie Przesmyki, powiat siedlecki. Samochód wraz z wyposażeniem umożliwi prowadzenie akcji ratunkowych zarówno w przypadku pożarów jak też powodzi i innych sytuacji stanowiących zagrożenie. Na dodatkowe wyposażenie i sprzęt specjalistyczny będzie składało się: - motopompa pożarnicza M16/8, - zestaw ratownictwa technicznego (agregat hydrauliczny, rozpieracz ramieniowy), - zestaw ratownictwa medycznego, - łódź ratunkowa, - latarka ładowalna, - agregat prądotwórczy jednofazowy. W ramach projektu planowany jest zakup specjalistycznego sprzętu z zakresu: •ochrony przeciwpowodziowej (motopompa, łódź ratunkowa); •ratownictwa wodnego (łódź ratunkowa); •grup poszukiwawczo – ratowniczych (zestaw ratownictwa technicznego, zestaw ratownictwa medycznego, latarka ładowalna). Zakup samochodu strażackiego umożliwi szybką reakcję na powstałe zagrożenia pożarowe oraz inne akcje ratownicze, takie jak pomoc w przypadku powodzi, wycieków substancji roponośnych, chemikaliów do środowiska, usuwanie szkód spowodowanych przez wichury, dzięki czemu starty materialne zostaną zmniejszone do minimum. Każde z zaistniałych niebezpieczeństw niesie ryzyko zagrażające nie tylko zdrowiu człowieka, ale całemu środowisku naturalnemu będącemu pod wpływem danych czynników niszczących, w tym cennych przyrodniczych obszarów. Będzie miał wpływ na skrócenie czasu dojazdu oraz czasu reakcji podejmowanych działań ratowniczych, a tym samym zwiększy szanse ocalenia mienia oraz wartości najwyższej, jaką jest zdrowie i życie ludzkie. Pozwoli również na wzmocnienie zabezpieczenia operacyjnego terenu całej gminy i terenów sąsiadujących. Realizacja przedsięwzięcia spowoduje zapewnienie ciągłości podejmowanych działań gaśniczych i ratowniczych. (Polish)
