Zakup i zamontowanie 41 kompletów syren alarmowych o mocy do 600W włącznie (syrena szczelinowa i moduł sterujący) i 8 elementów sterujących syrenami (pulpit i aplikacja sterująca), 1 stację pogodową w 1 gminie powiatu otwockiego i 1 detektor do wykrywania skażeń chemicznych (gazowy) dla 1 gminy z gamy gmin Otwock, Karczew i Sobienie-Jeziory, które posiadają zakłady niebezpieczne, wykorzystujące Toksyczne Środki Przemysłowe oraz jednego modułu centrali sterującej (zarządzającej) pracą wszystkich punktów alarmowych na terenie powiatu, zapewniającej również dostęp do sterowania ww. punktami alarmowymi z poziomu województwa (Wojewódzkiego Centrum Zarządzania Kryzysowego). Ponadto dla sprawnego działania systemu, zostaną przeprowadzone szkolenia dla użytkowników projektu oraz szkolenia dla mieszkańców powiatu w zakresie rozpoznawania zagrożeń i sygnałów alarmowych.
