W ramach Projektu planuje się: zainstalowanie 1 centrum sterowania i kontroli, 7 urządzeń do sterowania punktami alarmowymi oraz 9 aplikacji sterujących. budowę 42 punktów alarmowych (PA) z syrenami szczelinowymi w wyznaczonych przez Partnerów miejscach, na obiektach (nieruchomościach) którymi mają prawo dysponować w celu realizacji projektu. System zapewni alarmowanie czyli natychmiastowe przekazanie sygnału, informującego o zagrożeniu skażeniem, skażeniu lub o sytuacji kryzysowej, które zaistniały na skutek katastrofy naturalnej lub awarii technicznej, działań terrorystycznych, zagrożenia wojennego lub wojny. Zapewni selektywne włączanie Punktów Alarmowania z różnych poziomów administrowania (województwo/powiat/gmina). Umożliwiał będzie generowanie sygnałów alarmowych i komunikatów ostrzegawczych określonych Rozporządzeniem Rady Ministrów z dnia 7 stycznia 2013 w sprawie systemów wykrywania skażeń i powiadamiania o ich wystąpieniu oraz właściwości organów w tych sprawach (Dz.U. z 2013r. poz. 96). Przewiduje się, że sygnały alarmowe i komunikaty ostrzegawcze emitowane będą w sytuacji wystąpienia nagłego bezpośredniego zagrożenia dla życia i zdrowia ludzi lub zagrożenia możliwością wystąpienia strat o znacznych rozmiarach dla środowiska na danym obszarze. As part of the project, it is planned to: installation of 1 control and control centre, 7 alarm point control devices and 9 control applications. construction of 42 alarm points (PA) with slot mermaids in places designated by the Partners, on facilities (real estates) which they have the right to have in order to implement the project. The system will provide alerting, i.e. immediate transmission of a signal indicating the threat of contamination, contamination or crisis arising from a natural or technical accident, terrorist activity, war threat or war. It will ensure selective activation of Alert Points from different levels of administration (voivodship/county/municipal). It will be possible to generate alarm signals and warning messages defined by the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 7 January 2013 on systems for detection and notification of their occurrence and the competent authorities in these matters (Journal of Laws of 2013 item. 96. Alarm signals and warning messages are expected to be emitted in the event of an emergency imminent threat to human life and health or the possibility of significant environmental losses in the area concerned.
