The BEZ TAJEMIC computer is the result of the multiannual involvement of the Euro-Forum on the regional training market and the potential of ESF projects. The concept and the way in which the learning offer is delivered result from the experience of the Euro-Forum and have been reinforced by practical methods and tools enhancing the chances of an effective increase in the digital competence of participants/participants. The aim is to strengthen and adapt to the needs of the Lubelskie labour market for 216 participants/participants (U) residing/working in the Lubelskie region (WL) 25 years and over (25 +) with a low qualification for tym:130 women (K), 86 men (M), and 44 people with disabilities (N) and 65 people with disabilities (50 +) through training based on individual diagnosis and attested by an examination of an external qualification by min.70 % of them up to 31.01.18. It is particularly important that the effects of the project relate to vulnerable groups in the design of: low skilled, disabled, 50 +. The project responds to the needs of the inhabitants and the regional labour market. The DOCELOWA group is 216 persons (130 women, 86 men) 25 + low skilled (ISCED3) including 20 % of disabled and min.30 % 50 +, who wish to raise, supplement and confirm ICT skills from the region by their own initiative. The project also takes into account the more difficult situation faced by women in the labour market. Activities include high quality ICT training in 5 areas for 21 competences (Digital Competence Framework), at A or B level based on the diagnosis of persons in 18 groups combined with an internal competency verification leading to a validation of a qualification in a test. Added value: the improvement of the situation of life, in particular K and N in the field of non-discrimination. (English)
