The subject of the project and at the same time the aim of the project is to modernise with the use of RES and to replace lighting with energy-efficient 8 public buildings: Public Elementary School in Boby, Public Primary School Bl. John Paul II in Płocochów and Pułtusk: Joachim Lelewel Public Library, Public High School No. 1, Sports Hall at ZS Nr 4, MOSiR, ZS No. 2 and Siłownia. As part of the project, energy audits and lighting have been prepared indicating that the buildings concerned by the project do not meet current thermal insulation standards, contributing to adverse effects on the quality of the environment. The measures provided for in the project result in an improvement of the energy efficiency defined for final energy by 67.96 %. The implementation of the project will reduce the demand for energy, which in addition to the measurable economic advantage of reducing operating costs, will help to reduce the amount of pollutants entering the air. The project will be implemented in Pułtusk commune, but will have a positive impact on the whole region, while the target group will be local residents. The project’s work will consist of: on insulation of external walls with a polystyrene layer, replacement of window and door joinery, insulation of stropodache, modernisation of central heating system, modernisation of ventilation system, use of heat pumps, exchange of lighting for energy efficient, installation of photovoltaic installation and modernisation of heat sources. The scope of work needed to be carried out on individual facilities has been defined in energy audits and lighting audits. The project will carry out information and promotion activities and develop: Functional and utility programme, feasibility study, energy audits and lighting and ex post. The project will be divided into stages: preparatory (development of documentation), execution of tenders, construction and settlement (English)
