Audience: 60 persons (including 36 women) who were dismissed for reasons related to the establishment during a period of not more than 6 months before the date of accession to the project (including at least 50 % of the low-qualified) from the staging area of the war.lubelski (within the meaning of the CC). Priority will be given to the inhabitants of the districts of Bialski, the Chełmsko-zamovský and puławy districts, and people with disabilities. Tasks: 1.Professional consultancy activities involving the preparation/update for each UP IPD. 2.Psychological psychological counselling including mentoring. 3.Training in. 4.Traineeships 5.Employment services. Main results: (1) The project, after leaving at least 55 % of those who have completed their participation in the project, will take up employment on the basis of: (a) the employment relationship (employment for an uninterrupted period of at least 3 months, at least at 1 people), (b) the civil law relationship (a contract concluded for a minimum of three months and the value of the contract is equal to or greater than three times the minimum wage determined on the basis of minimum wage), (c) self-employed.     Cel projektu: Wyższa motywacja i zdolność do ponownego zatrudnienia wśród 60UP, tj. osób zwolnionych z przyczyn dotyczących zakładu pracy w okresie nie dłuższym niż 6 miesięcy przed dniem przystąpienia do projektu, zamieszkujących na obszarze woj.lubelskiego (w rozumieniu przepisów KC) nabyta poprzez udział w kompleksowym wsparciu w ramach projektu w okresie od 06.2016-04.2017. Grupa docelowa: 60 osób (w tym min. 36 kobiet) zwolnionych z przyczyn dotyczących zakładu pracy w okresie nie dłuższym niż 6 miesięcy przed dniem przystąpienia do projektu (w tym min. 50% os. o niskich kwalifikacjach) z terenu woj.lubelskiego (w rozumieniu KC). Priorytetowo traktowani będą mieszkańcy powiatów bialskiego, chełmsko-zamojskiego i puławskiego oraz os. z niepełnosprawnościami. Zadania: 1.Doradztwo zawodowe obejmujące opracowanie/aktualizację dla każdego UP IPD. 2.Poradnictwo psychologiczne obejmujące mentoring. 3.Szkolenia zaw. 4.Staże zaw. 5.Pośrednictwo pracy. Główne rezultaty: 1)W ramach projektu po opuszczeniu programu co najmniej 55% osób, które zakończyły udział w projekcie, podejmie zatrudnienie w oparciu o: a)stosunek pracy (zatrudnienie na nieprzerwany okres min. 3 miesięcy, przynajmniej na 1 etatu), b)stosunek cywilnoprawny (umowa zawarta na minimum trzy miesiące oraz wartość umowy jest równa lub wyższa od trzykrotności minimalnego wynagrodzenia za pracę ustalanego na podstawie przepisów o minimalnym wynagrodzeniu za pracę), c)samozatrudnienie.
