Celem projektu jest poprawa jakości środowiska naturalnego w gminie Kraśnik poprzez kompleksową termomodernizację budynków użyteczności publicznej. W ramach projektu wykonane zostaną prace polegające na kompleksowej termomodernizacji obiektów użyteczności publicznej: Świetlicy Wiejskiej w m. Stróża , Przedszkola w m. Stróża Kolonia, Świetlicy Wiejskiej w m. Spławy Pierwszei Szkole Podstawowej w m. Kowalin.Zakres prac planowanych do wykonania w ramach projektu obejmuje między innymi: wymiana drzwi, bram zewnętrznych, okien, ocieplenie stropu poddasza, wymianę pokr. dach., ścian zewnętrznych, ścian fundamentowych do wysokości opaski kapilarnej, modernizację instalacji c.o., wymianę pokrycia dachowego i montaż kolektorów słonecznych (kolektory są usytuowane na budynku szkoły w Kowalinie, zestaw składa się z 4 szt. kolektorów pow. 1,82 m2 każdy). W celu monitorowania ilości zaoszczędzonej energii, źródła ciepła i energii elektrycznej oraz odbiorniki energii zostaną opomiarowane. Powstanie system pomiaru, monitoringu i zarządzania wykorzystaniem energii. Przedmiotowy projekt jest spójny zgodny z "Planem gospodarki niskoemisyjnej", którego celem jest poprawa jakości powietrza do poziomów dopuszczalnych i docelowych, mi.in. poprzez ograniczenie emisji z systemów grzewczych, dzięki przeprowadzonej głębokiej termomodernizacji budynków użyteczności publicznej. Spadek emisji CO2 wyniesie 267,64 tCO2/rok. Realizacja projektu spowoduje również znaczne oszczędności energii cieplnej 2 879,49 GJ/rok i elektrycznej 86,27 MWh/rok oraz zmniejszenie zużycia energii w budynkach - 1 138 647,69 kWh/rok. Ze względu na ww. pozytywne efekty, projekt ma korzystny wpływ na realizację celów środowiskowych. Grupą docelową do której skierowany jest projekt są mieszkańcy Gminy Kraśnik, którzy będą korzystać z budynków poddanych termomodernizacji, co w znacznym stopniu podniesie jakość życia społeczeństwa i podniesie komfort korzystania z budynków użyteczności publicznej. The aim of the project is to improve the quality of the environment in the municipality of Kraśnik through comprehensive thermomodernisation of public buildings. As part of the project, works will be carried out on a comprehensive thermomodernisation of public utility facilities: The Town Hall in the Guardian, kindergarten in the Guardian of Cologne, the village sanctuary, the first elementary school in Kwalin.The scope of the work planned to be carried out as part of the project includes, among others: replacement of doors, external doors, windows, warming of the loft ceiling, replacement of roof cover, exterior walls, foundation walls to the height of capillary band, modernisation of central heating system, replacement of roof covering and installation of solar collectors (collectors are located on the school building in Kwałin, the set consists of 4 collectors. 1.82 m² each). In order to monitor the amount of energy saved, heat and electricity sources and energy receivers will be measured. A system for measuring, monitoring and managing energy use will be created. This project is consistent with the “Low-carbon Economy Plan”, which aims to improve air quality to acceptable and target levels, e.g. by reducing emissions from heating systems, thanks to the deep thermal modernisation of public buildings. The decrease in CO2 emissions will be 267.64 tCO2/year. The implementation of the project will also result in significant thermal energy savings of 2 879.49 GJ/year and electricity 86.27 MWh/year and decrease energy consumption in buildings – 1138647.69 kWh/year. Due to the above-mentioned positive effects, the project has a positive impact on the achievement of environmental objectives. The target group for which the project is addressed are residents of the Municipality of Kraśnik, who will use thermally modernised buildings, which will significantly improve the quality of life of the society and increase the comfort of use of public buildings.
