    Celem głównym planowanej inwestycji jest poprawa efektywności energetycznej w budynkach użyteczności publicznej pozostających w zasobach Gminy Gościeradów.Planowany cel zostanie osiągnięty dzięki przeprowadzeniu kompleksowej termomodernizacji pięciu obiektów użyteczności publicznej zlokalizowanych w Księżomierzy,Liśniku Dużym,Gościeradowie Ukazowym,Salominie,Wólce Szczeckiej.Grupą docelową inwestycji są mieszkańcy gminy Gościeradów.Zakres inwestycji obejmuje:Termomodernizację budynku magazynowo-socjalnego,2 budynków Ośrodka Zdrowia,budynku SENIOR+ oraz budynku Domu Ludowego,Opracowanie Audytów energetycznych oraz Studium wykonalności,Nadzór inwestorski,Zarządzanie projektem,Promocja projektu.Zainstalowane zostaną także: 2 kotły na biomasę, 1 pompa powietrze-woda oraz 5 instalacji fotowolt. o mocach od 1,50 do 5,00 kWp umiejscowionych na dachach budynków.W ramach kosztów niekwal. wykonane zostaną prace nie mające wpływu na poprawę efekt. energet. obiektów oraz część prac przypadająca na część mieszkalną budynku w Księżomierzy,Liśniku Dużym i Salominie.W ramach inwestycji osiągnięte zostanie zwiększ. efekt. energet. budynku o 75,65%.W ramach inwestycji osiągnięte zostaną następujące wartości wskaźników rezultatu:Dodatk. zdol. wytw. energii elekt. ze źródeł odn.[0,0149MWe];Dodatk. zdol. wytw. energii ciepl. ze źródeł odn.[MWt],Dodat. zdol. wytw. energii ze źródeł odn.(CI30)[0,0750MW];Ilość zaoszcz. energii ciepl.[2409,85GJ/rok];Ilość zaoszcz. energii elekt.[24,13MWh/rok];Prod. energii elekt. z nowo wybudow.
