The subject of the project is a deep energy modernisation of the public utility building located at Sobieszyn 4B code: 08-504 locality: Sobieszyn, county: Rycki voivodship:lubelskie with installation on the roof of solar system building and photovoltaic installation with a power of 20 kWp. All eligible costs result directly from the energy audit – modernisation of central heating (heating system) together with modernisation of the boiler room, fuel storage room and installation of a pellet boiler, hygrostered vents (New stand), modernisation of the C.W.U. system (warm water), window (wooden windows), doors (external doors with bad parameters). The annual increase in energy efficiency of modernised buildings resulting from the energy audit amounts to 42.91 %. The appropriateness of the chosen investment option for renewable energy sources (solars, photovoltaics) is described in the Energy Audit. RES installations are fully dedicated to the energy needs of the facility.The project also includes the implementation of systems for measuring, monitoring and management of energy use in the building (according to the attached specification). The target group will be administrative staff. Przedmiotem projektu jest głęboka modernizacja energetyczna budynku użyteczności publicznej zlokalizowanego pod adresem Sobieszyn 4B kod: 08-504 miejscowość: Sobieszyn, powiat: rycki województwo:lubelskie wraz z montażem na dachu budynku instalacji solarnej oraz instalacji fotowoltaicznej o mocy 20 kWp. Wszystkie koszty kwalifikowalne wynikają bezpośrednio z audytu energetycznego - modernizacja c.o. (system grzewczy) wraz z modernizacją kotłowni, pomieszczenia składu paliwa i montażem kotła na pellet, nawiewniki higrosterowane (Stolarka nowa), modernizacja systemu C.W.U. (ciepła woda użytkowa), okno (Okna drewniane), drzwi (Drzwi zewnętrzne o złych parametrach). Roczne zwiększenie efektywności energetycznej modernizowanych budynków wynikające z audytu energetycznego wynosi 42,91%. Zasadność realizacji wybranego wariantu inwestycyjnego dla odnawialnych źródeł energii (solary,fotowoltaika) opisano w Audycie energetycznym. Instalacje OZE są w pełni dedykowane potrzebom energetycznym obiektu.Projekt obejmuje również wdrożenie systemów pomiaru, monitoringu i zarządzania wykorzystaniem energii w budynku (zgodnie z załączoną specyfikacją). Grupą docelową będą pracownicy administracyjni. Wskaźniki projektu: ilość zaoszczędzonej energii cieplnej - 588,61 GJ/rok, produkcja energii elektrycznej z nowo wybudowanych mocy wytwórczych OZE -15,8 MWe/rok, Zmniejszenie rocznego zużycia energii pierwotnej w budynkach publicznych - 340 510,00 kWh/rok, Dodatkowa zdolność wytwarzania energii cieplnej ze źródeł odnawialnych - 0,12 MWt, Produkcja energii cieplnej z nowo wybudowanych instalacji wykorzystujących OZE - 262,12 MWht/rok, liczba zmodernizowanych energetycznie budynków - 1 szt., powierzchnia zmodernizowanych energetycznie budynków - 1920 m2, Liczba wybudowanych jednostek wytwarzania energii elektrycznej z OZE - 1 szt., Liczba wybudowanych jednostek wytwarzania energii cieplnej z OZE - 2 szt., zmniejszenie emisji CO2 - 127,31 Ton/rok.
