Grupę docelową stanowić będą 72os.(min 44K) zagrożone ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym,które w pierwszej kolejności wymagają aktywizacji społecznej,w tym os.bezrobotne dla których zg.z ust.z dn.20.04.2004 r.o promocji zatrudnienia i insytucjach rynku pracy został określony III profil pomocy(w odniesieniu do os.sprofilowanych w PUP),zamieszkałe w rozumieniu KC na terenie ŁOM.Min 5% stanowić będą ON.Min 5% stanowić będą osoby z rodzin korzystających z PO PŻ. Celem głównym proj.jest wyższa aktywność społ.-zawod.oraz zdolność do podjęcia zatrudnia wśród 72 os.zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym, które w pierwszej kolejności wymagają aktywizacji społecznej, zamieszkałych w rozumieniu KC na terenie ŁOM. Cel zostanie zrealiz. w okresie od 01.04.2017 do 28.02.2018. Główne zadania: -opracowanie ścieżki reintegracji społeczno-zawodowej(IPD) -poradnictwo psychologiczne -treningu umiejętności życiowych -poradnictwo zawod. -szkolenie zawod. -staż zawod. -pośrednictwo pracy.
