Głównym celem projektu jest kompleksowe uporządkowanie gospodarki energetycznej w budynku użyteczności publicznej Gminy Kodrąb jakim jest budynek GCI w Dmeninie, poprzez dążenie do zmniejszenia zapotrzebowania przez obiekt ten na energię cieplną (o 72,50%).Realizacja projektu składa się z takich zadań, jak: 1 Prace przygotowawcze, w tym opracowanie: a) dokumentacji technicznej, b) studium wykonalności, 2 Roboty budowlane, tj.: wykonanie kompleksowej modernizacji energetycznej budynku użyteczności publicznej Gminy Kodrąb, jakim jest budynek GCI w Dmeninie, z uwzględnieniem na wszystkich etapach projektowania i realizacji inwestycji zasady uniwersalnego projektowania i racjonalnych usprawnień zapewniających dostępność oraz możliwości korzystania ze wspieranej infrastruktury dla wszystkich jej potencjalnych użytkowników (szerzej w pkt. 5.3).3 Nadzór inwestorski,4 Promocja.Głównymi efektami projektu będą: produkty:1.
