Projekt dot. zwiększenia efektywności energetycznej budynków użyteczności publicznej z wykorzystaniem OZE tj.: Urzędu Gminy w Winnicy i Zespołu Placówek Oświatowych w Winnicy (obiektów o łącznej powierzchni użytkowej 6957,21m2). Cel główny projektu to: „Wzrost efektywności energetycznej budynków użyteczności publicznej w gminie Winnica”. Zostanie on osiągnięty poprzez realizację celów szczegółowych, tj.: zmniejszenie zużycia energii do ogrzewania budynków, obniżenie kosztów związanych z obsługą energetyczną budynków, zwiększenie termoizolacyjności budynków, zmniejszenie emisyjności i redukcja CO2. Zakres rzeczowy projektu dot. m.in.:ocieplenia obiektów, ocieplenie podłóg, wymiany oświetlenia, przebudowy systemów grzewczych i wentylacji, montażu OZE i zakłada realizację zadań tj.: 1. Opracowanie dokumentacji projektowo-technicznej; 2. Termomodernizacja budynku Urzędu Gminy w Winnicy; 3. Termomodernizacja budynku Zespołu Placówek Oświatowych w Winnicy; 4. Montaż instalacji fotowoltaicznych; 5. Nadzór inwestorski; 6. Promocja projektu. Realizacja projektu będzie miała pozytywny wpływ na środowisko ze względu na cel i zakres planowanych prac, których celem jest zmniejszenie zapotrzebowania na energię i redukcję emisji szkodliwych gazów do atmosfery poprzez zastosowanie źródła energii odnawialnej – projekt zakłada wykorzystanie źródła alternatywnego w postaci paneli fotowoltaicznych oraz kotłowni gazowej. Grupa docelowa projektu to społeczność lokalna gminy Winnica i woj. mazowieckiego, a w szczególności: uczniowie ZPO w Winnicy, rodzice uczniów, pracownicy obiektów, petenci wewnętrzni, petenci zewnętrzni. Rezultatami projektu będą: liczba zmodernizowanych energetycznie budynków: 4 o powierzchni 6 957,21m2, roczny spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych: 505,94 tony równoważnika CO2, zmniejszenie rocznego zużycia energii pierwotnej w budynkach publicznych 2 066 092,1kWh/rok, zmniejszenie rocznego zużycia energii końcowej w budynkach publicznych 2 369 441,5 kWh/rok. Project to increase the energy efficiency of public buildings using RES, i.e.: Municipal Office in Winnica and Team of Educational Institutions in Vinnytsia (objects with a total usable area of 6957.21 m²). The main objective of the project is to: “Increasing energy efficiency of public utility buildings in the commune of Vinnytsia”. It will be achieved through the achievement of the specific objectives, i.e.: reduce energy consumption for heating buildings, reduce energy costs for buildings, increase thermal insulation of buildings, reduce emissions and reduce CO2 emissions. The material scope of the project for i.a.: warming of buildings, warming of floors, replacement of lighting, reconstruction of heating and ventilation systems, RES installation and assumes the fulfilment of tasks, i.e.: 1. Development of design and technical documentation; 2. Thermal modernisation of the building of the Municipal Office in Vinnytsia; 3. Thermo-modernisation of the building of the Winnica Educational Institutions Team; 4. Installation of photovoltaic installations; 5. Investor supervision; 6. Promotion of the project. The implementation of the project will have a positive impact on the environment due to the objective and scope of the planned works aimed at reducing energy demand and reducing emissions of harmful gases into the atmosphere through the use of renewable energy sources – the project assumes the use of an alternative source in the form of photovoltaic panels and a gas boiler room. The target group of the project is the local community of the commune of Winnica and Mazowieckie voivodship, in particular: PPO students in Vinnytsia, parents of pupils, employees of facilities, internal petitioners, external petitioners. The results of the project will be: number of energy-efficient buildings: 4 with an area of 6957,21 m², annual reduction in greenhouse gas emissions: 505.94 tonnes of CO2 equivalent, reduction of annual primary energy consumption in public buildings 2066092.1 kWh/year, reduction of annual final energy consumption in public buildings 2369441.5 kWh/year.
